After losing his post, Ma Ping went to live among the Qiang tribes in the region, married a Qiang woman and had a son, Ma Teng. Whos son, Ma Chao would go onto have strong ties with the Qiang people. *

This is one i have been waiting for a long time, since i watched your YT Rebellion video, i'm stunned in how this portion of the history was totally ignored from the novel despite being the foundation of the Xiliang and Dong Zhuo himself. Fu Xie ended up being a higher vassal in the early stages of the battles. Your videos are always so entertaining to watch and also very educational. If you accept suggestions i'd love to see a Xiahou Dun video in the future.

Brilliant thank you very much, I will add Xiahou Dun to the list for sure hes a legendary warrior. Hopefully it provides a deeper understanding of the Qiang people and why they were an important factor in Shus Northern Campaigns. Strong allies indeed.
