Not mysterious, Robert Wagner murdered her. He was an extremely insecure, jealous, violent boyfriend/husband, who smashed a bottle onto a table in front of others onboard, because he got jealous a guy spoke to her..He used his power as a Hollywood celebrity to influence police, threaten those onboard to shut their mouths, and he manipulated the investigation. He is the ONLY person onboard who has REFUSED to do any polygraph "lie" tests with the detectives to see if he is lying. Everyone else did the tests and passed! He lawyered up quickly, and refuses to talk to police or help. He refuses to talk to her sister or family. He got away with MURDER!
Her death was very suspicious. Wagner's following behavior contributed to questions of her death. She died in November and Wagner was seen with Jill St. John the following February.
I heard the story that she had too much to drink and she slipped off the boat and hit her head and drowns, her husband was exonerated from any suspicion that he had anything to do with her death, he was much too fine of a man to commit such an act
I remember one of the earliest jokes I ever heard was "What is one kind of Wood that cannot float, Natalie Wood" I did not get it at the time and had no idea why it was supposed to be funny.
I read about her. She said she would run to the neighbors afraid of Robert Wagner. He hit her he abuse her. Her sister wanted to reopen the case. Not sure what happened next. But I liked her in that movie with Robert Redford This property is condemned. Great flick
Natalie Wood was a very special, lovely actress. She was on the yacht, and the story was Robert Wagner her husband was the time murdered her Lana Wood believes that her sister was murdered Diana Melbourne Australia
I remember when that happened, I thought then that Robert Wagner had something to do with her death. Christopher Walken could tell the truth. I loved her acting. ❤❤
She slipped tying the dingy to the boat it was banging against the side. They had taken a qualude and drank wine earlier.Chris Walken said he was tired of talking about it.
I remember The news of her drowning. The fact that she was afraid of water and that the boat captain heard the struggling only confirms she was murdered by Robert Wagner...
Total babe, who should never have got back together with Wagner after she left him the first time. (catching him in a homosexual relationship in their house). I also heard a story that Kirk Douglas may have raped her when she was sixteen, after her own mother dropped her off at the Chateau Marmont for the meeting. Telling her he could advance her career. Sad.
Murdered by Robert Wagner. I used to love him in Hart 2 Hart, but after discovering his jealous and insecure outbursts and rages...my heart aches for Natalie, and I have lost all respect for his cowardice!!! Please re-do the audio on this. She did NOT drown. Forensic scientists and medical experts proved that she had NO water in her lungs, which means she was NOT alive to intake the water. Robert was extremely jealous when any man spoke to her, he was very very insecure. He smashed a bottle onboard and accused another actor (Christopher Walken) a very quiet, polite man of trying to fk her, he then went to her room and beat her. The boat captain tried to intervene BUT Robert opened the door slightly and told him to GO AWAY. The captain heard yelling and banging, then SILENCE. When he went back to check on her, Robert was standing on the back deck .. but Natalie was gone. They found her body in the water. He got away with murdering his wife. She had 27 bruises on the front, and 8 on the back.
It was absolutely no accident. To this day, my opinion of Walken is less than negative. He knows, but stays silent. Wagner, well, i never liked him anyway. Also, you didnt mention what Kirk Douglas "allegedly" did when Natalie was only 14 after her mother dropped her off at his hotel.
