Itachi only joined cuz he cud lay low from villages finding him cuz he’s in the bingo book. And Pain was brainwashed. They both weren’t devoted to what Akatsuki was about as you saw when they died. So Kisame was the only member who would’ve done anything to see the Akatsuki win
He was one of my favorite characters, I am a little disappointed that this did not include the fact that he had the highest amount of chakra of any ninja that did not have a tailed beast inside of them which is how he got the nickname the zero tailed or no tailed beast because his chakra was on par with people possessed by tailed beasts.
@@atlas2282 he did have a lot of chakra. At 30 percent of his chakra neji said it was the most chakra he had ever seen besides Naruto. And when he lost all of his chakra. He fully drained killer bee and 2 others before he was back to normal
MOST UNDERRATED CHARACTER IN NARUTOO. God I love him, shame he was paired with itachi meaning he got overshadowed. Defo had potential to have a fan following if used correctly
Dude was so strong was known as the zero tail tailed beast. Him and yagura got a bad wrap. Yagura was one of 4 people to completely master his tailed beast but got beat like nothing. Kiseme got the same bad wrap I honestly think that besides plot he wouldn't have been defeated by guy that easily
@@jacobsoape833 Kisame was simply unlucky to the point it was annoying. He would've killed Killer Bee if it wasn't for Samehada turning on him. And he would've atleast had a good showing against Guy if he had Samehada and if Taijutsu wasn't the main counter to Kisame
@@jacobsoape833 Kisame went out weird. Whole lotta ninja shit going on. He arguably beat Bee but Bee had people to save. He got defeated by guy but wasnt in full form of course but in a way he still won. Because despite dying he completed his mission of sending intel and not snitching. Hell of a ninja

I will say I think most characters from the village hidden in the mist are under used or underappreciated like yagura being nerfed for plot. Suigetsu not having a better story or being able to use swords like mangetsu no real backstory for mangetsu. I feel like they missed on a lot of back story's and how good and dangerous the mist is. But I'm probably in the minority with all that lol
I love it. A cold blooded mercenary whose life was characterized by betrayal that died serving a cause he believed in, his loyalty never even wavering for a moment. One of Kishimoto's best written characters!
He’s extremely underrated and people just don’t see how strong he is. He could’ve killed almost everyone in the Akatsuki, if samehada hadn’t betrayed him. I don’t think bee would be alive.
The way Kisame went out caught me by surprise. When he told Itachi that sharks eat other sharks in the mother's womb, I never imagined he kill himself in that same manner. His death was the only one that mad me feel a little bad
I have a kisame tattoo. Loyalty is scarce, and don’t snitch on your friends. Plus hes a tall homie, and same. I have a love for sharks so it only made sense. When you started mentioning how he did slightly show some emotion about itachi in the manga, I felt that. I know it’s a cartoon, but this is a character out of any show ever that really did it for me.

Second thing, Kisame killed them WITHOUT their approval or consentment that's why they WERE all shocked and stunned by Kisame's actions. It was a betrayal. Kisame was a LOST criminal that Madara USED as a pawn to reach his plans. DON'T confuse things. Take care.
Kisame was my favorite Naruto chwracter growing up. There was something about the wrapped up sword and blue skin combo I really liked that struck me immediately when he first showed up.
Yo I never knew kisame was so strong he was going to kill killer bee, lee, neji, tenten, might guy and more. He never got to kill none of them because they were all lucky in many ways, and even under all the pressure from more man power he was still stubborn on dying. Like damn kisame is very strong and super smart.
People always like, he caught the fade from Gai, bruh... So did Madara. He could probably fade sasuke and naruto as well individually, Like, guy is a beast but so is Kisame. Put some respect on Kisame's name. 😂

Growing up is realizing sympathy doesn't justify a person's evil and a bad person is still bad if they choose to be when no one is forcing them. Future generations should learn this.

Kisame was referred to as the "tailless tailed beast" since his power was the equivalent of a tailed beast in battle, plus many of his personality traits were from how he was raised in the hidden mist village. As Zabuza told Naruto, in his village it was expected for young shinobi to kill the other students they trained along and that only those who survived move forward.
Kizame and Itachi were the most loyal to their village. It's no wonder they were a good pair. As Kizame would find out, this world is only filled with lies but as Itachi stated Kizame got lost in the mist and didnt know where to go so he ended up in the Akatsuki. It's really something else and it applies to reality where Kizame found out the same Teacher he was under was leaking intel to another village been a traitor. An interesting character as well as Zabuza Momochi.
Kisame would've been an even better character. He was overshadowed by the greatest. Itachi, he still made a good presence but though Itachi overshadowed him...

One thing I like about Kisame is he’s always talking about his sword, Samihada. (I don’t know how to spell it.) He is so invested in the sword, he’s basically one with it.

Everyone seems to get his character wrong. He was a ninja that still had morals, yet he couldn’t listen to them because of his cruel “leader.” He was one of the only loyal Akatsuki members because he put his teammate first after learning Itachi’s true morals. This is why I love his character. (I could be wrong but this seems close).
Kinda beautiful how Kisame probably believed him and Itachi were walking the same exact path together. I like to think Itachis calmness and the fact he was never consumed with hate kept Kisame from becoming an absolute monster and on the flip side Kisames bloodlust and hatred could’ve easily consumed Itachis mind if he didn’t have an ultimate plan. They both saw what each ‘could be’ in the other and it makes Kisames loyalty to Itachi even sweeter because he was probably the only person he could bring himself to look up to anymore. Plus they return back to the leaf together, where Itachi could’ve easily given in and killed Danzo + the elders but he never regretted doing what he had to do unlike Kisame who was consumed by it and killed his own Mizukage for putting him in that situation. If their comparison wasn’t good and evil he would be so much more appreciated…
