@@savedemmanuel To me, It must be Kakashi or Tsunade as they had to rebuild the village right after war. I think Tsunade was Hokage and only stepped down a year later, I am not sure.
*Dude was introduced as a badass. Fought Hashirama and survived. Fell victim to child trick which he has seen who knows how many times. Seriously because of plot armour he was done so dirty.*
Kakazu is basically what would’ve happened to the silver fang (kakashis dad) if he didn’t kill himself. That’s why I think it’s perfect that kakashi gave him the final blow it was the last step before eventually forgiving his dad in the pain arc
I don't think they punished that he failed, they punished him because he came back alive, I'm guessing that was the old age of you either die a failure or don't come back unless the mission is done. That was probably some 70 years ago.
It seems that Kakuzu had a strong need to be devoted to somebody or to be a part of community as it was with Takigakure, then Akatsuki and with Hidan personally. I wish we could see the whole story of his character's development from the childhood.
Kakuzu really got screwed over here. In my opinion, he’s one of the strongest Akatsuki (And one of my favourite), so it’s hard to watch literally everything go wrong for him in his final fight.
The more you learn about the lives of all the villains. The more human and simply sad their stories are. Their behaviors are direct affects of their troubled pasts. Showing how even villains are human.
akatsuki were forming its own armies, and they planned to use ten tails as nuclear weapons, however they need armies to fight the smaller war. later when nagato betrayed obito, zetsu armies were created as a desperate measures to fight the 5 great nations.
Well, Kakazu can only trust money. If the time came where the other Akatsuki members started disbanding or betraying each other, Kakazu can have enough monetary to defend himself with other mercenaries. That or buy his way for someone to train him in various jutsu techniques.
He's my favorite character in the series followed by Madara. Makes me sad how underrated he is though, he almost killed Kakashi multiple times, almost killed Naruto, almost killed all of team 10, plot armor like every other Akatsuki death though. xD I cant help but feel he does have much loyalty and devotion to the Akatsuki though tbh, more than being greedy I think he just takes what he's in charge of seriously, he like the others was used and abused by the village, his only difference is he left and destroyed the instigators, people like Danzo.
@Arslan Butt I never knew he hated them, I a,ways thought kisame considered them all comrades and showed them respect and hated orochimaru because he betrayed them
U perfectly resumed the Akatsuki members, being shown so strong but getting defeated so quickly bcs of plot armor And then being disrespected so badly in the War arc, the once very feared members of the Akatsuki (except for itachi)
Kakuzu, apparently seen the death of one of the gold and silver brothers and saw them rampage . Perhaps tobirama killed one before he died and that may have been when he saw him rampage .
Same, I just got his Akatsuki Inception form yesterday, it looks so badass to me. Plus he’s a immortal, frankinsteinish, zombie, S-rank rogue ninja what’s not to love?
Kakuzu's village sent him to kill the strongest ninja of that time period. And when he came back alive they punished him for it. Is it possible that they were just trying to get rid of Kakuzu back then??
Shippudden could have kept both Hidan & Kakazu alive. The plot was b.s. they could have been reoccurring antagonists profiting off war & trafficking. Would have been interesting seeing them betray the Akatsuki just because... Money is their religion
Well, War and Violence is Hidan's religion LOL!! But yeah, Hidan and Kakuzu's beliefs, which Kakuzu would happily kill Hidan over sometimes if he could, would coincide rather "nicely" in such trying times.
With one jutsu... I wonder why the villains do not even try to throw a jutsu or projectile to Naruto rasenshuriken...you know to activate its effect. No, instead they run away from it as idiots.
Here's a couple of other details for Kakuzu: he was based on the kuchisake-onna "slit mouthed woman" who is said to wander in Japan and confront unsuspecting individuals, the two marks around his arms were a way of how prisoners in Japan were marked, and the arc with him and Hidan was rushed due to the fact the creator was dealing with serious back pain and chose not to allow someone else to handle the arc for him.
No one talks about how kakazu has to have the greatest medical ninja that ever lived and a pioneer of that art. Kind of a missed opportunity if you ask me
That's the thing most of Akatsuki members were very loyal to their village like Kizame but got used by their villages and disposed when no longer useful, sort of a philosophy Zabuza held. Saying Shinobi are but mere tools. Its akin to Army vets and the CIA who are just tools.
My question is, where did the threads come from in Kakazu’s body? Did they appear after activating the hidden technique? And were the masks and threads a separate technique?
Hashirama was literally unkillable unless you have the sage's power and they show a dude who knows some nature affinity and thought "Yeah, he could kill him"
My theory as to how Kakuzu survived a battle with Hashirama is that he was stronger in prime than he is now, and was heavily weakened after the battle.
1:24 I think Kakuzu must of met Kinkaku and Ginkaku as associates in the business of hunting bounties. They must've worked together as a team of mercenaries. I like to believe that Kakazu must've been with the brothers when they fought the 2nd Hokage. That would make an even more exciting battle because I refuse to believe that Tobirama would've been killed by the Silver & Gold twins even with the assistance of 18 other jonine. If anyone else would like to write a fanfic of how the battle would've gone down between the 2nd Hokage and the Kinkaku unit with Kakazu, hit me up here in a reply.
10:13 If you look at Kakuzu's eyes he now has natural white in his eyes, indicating that he's been alive for so long that his eyes gave up on him and got drowned in blood.
Kakazu probably just threw a rock at hashirama and then just *booked* it out of there. Then for the next 70 years he could just say he “fought” hashirama.
Kakuzu would have also paired nicely with sasori. If his puppets get caught in the crossfire, they can just reattach themselves. It would be pretty hard to get close to them and fight in close quarter. Coincidentally they are the two of my favorites that kishimoto screwed.
6:51 Somehow Kakuzu reminds me of Demon King "Ravana" Depicted in Indian Holy Book Of "Ramayana"..Obviously Kakuzu do not have powers and 10 heads like ravana used to have but Kakuzu's mask with those hearts shows separate heads like Ravana.
They should have kept him alive for longer. Like he could have had some more awesome fights! Also he would have stomped any of the the team members 1 on 1
