Despite Mumen isn't fully recovered he still can carry a Tanktop Master on his bike 3. Satrou should be the next to break his limiter or at least get a battle power upgrade without a power suit. He finally gets tired of getting beat or defeated he takes advice from both Saitama and Genos or he figures out a way to get stronger on his own.

Real Talk: Mumen Rider would be the only character in OPM to pick up Mjolnir. He's not strong physically. But he has the heart of a true warrior, isn't afraid to kill, has an iron will to protect the innocent, and above all else he became a hero to protect people, not for fame or fun. Every other hero in opm is too egotistical, selfish, or just don't take it seriously. The guy flat out took on Deep Sea King, knowing he stood no chance, just to protect Genos and buy time for the civilians to escape, knowing he might also die in the process. Mumen Rider would be worthy of Thor's hammer no question

Anyone remember that old TV show Kamen Rider? It would be funny if Sweet Mask AkA Handsome Kamen is related to Mumen Rider or it is brought up later on in the Manga. There might be a reason the author did this or no reason at all, even if the rider comes from losing his license.

Something that I can't let slide with Garou is that dispite being saved by Mumen Rider, he still mercilessly slammed his head into the the ground. I can't say whether or not he was trying to kill him or if he knew Mumen rider would be okay.

Mumen rider is like takemicchi who grew up to become a pro hero. Like look at the similarities they have, tho having a below average strength, they excel at both durability and endurance, taking hits from strong opponents yet never backs down, they also share the strong desire to protect everyone even if it cost them their lives.

I mean in the deep sea king arc, the other class heroes may not have stood a chance but everyone would have been dead by the time Saitama showed up. They may not be the strongest but god damn they just wont quit sometimes.
