I am going to play devil's advocate and say BoB isn't a bad coaching candidate. The guy won a playoff game with BROCK OSWEILER. You just have to keep him the hell away from anything to do with the GM position...he is one of the worst GMs of all time.

@@redlightning2322 The Lions have won 3 division titles in the SB era , all falling between 83 and 93. Competing for a wildcard isn't competing when every other franchise ( except the Browns ) has that 4 to 6 season window where they are challenging for a conference championship ,not just a wildcard loss. 14 of the 16 NFC teams have gone to the SB since the Lions last divisional championship, and Minnesota has at least got their 4 NFC/L championships before they became "cursed".

Patricia is the only reason why the Packers could beat Detroit haha!

I was surprised, not that he was fired but that he was fired NOW. The biggest problem from my perspective was that the defense was never very good under him, and yet that was supposedly his specialty. All I can say is, for Packers fans, you better hope they don't hire Eric Bieniemy. That would be a potential division changer long term.
