The Long Distance Relationship 

LDR for 6 years. He was in EU while I was in MY. Met only once a year, we were students & broke as hell. Video calls became part of our daily routine. But we made it! We have been together for 13 years now! The key: Trust & commitment. To all LDR couples: you can do it!

Was in long distance last year when my other half was being sent to Japan for 6 months by his company for training. I was so afraid that this long distance will break us apart but we are glad that everything turn out fine. He came back home with an engagement ring and we are now engaged. LDR is not easy but both parties have to work hard to fill up the gap.

Six months in, I'm in the US and my girl in Singapore. LDRs are SUPER tough, but she's worth it.

Been with LDR for the 5th years this year, my bf at Sg and I’m at Malaysia. It’s not an easy way especially during current pandemic causing us unable to meet for the entire year . We going thru many obstacles like quarrel , feeling left alone when there is any of the special dates especially since last year, using VC to celebrate bday, anniversary, this year CNY and Valentine’s Day passed few days ago.Most hardest part is how much of the TRUST to each other. We are glad that we put the trust 💯 to each other and he just told me that let’s get marry...after this MCO end and he able back from Sg . This video really just like our relationship.. many negative people or toxic will influence our mind if we didn’t have a stable mindset for our own relationship. I just wish everyone no matter where you are at the moment now, stay safe and stay healthy. Remember that your loves one are waiting you coming back home to continue the rest of the journey with you. 🙂

I don't want to be negative but it is good to voice my opinion after being in a six year relationship which was filled with lots of tears and joy. The joy will always be part of my memory. My advice - if you don't love someone, there is no reason not to break up and delay telling your partner even if it is via email or chat. That additional two years would be way more painful! Two years is wayyy TOOOOO LONG! If you wanna take a break, do it. If you two are meant to be, you will both find a way back together!

LDR is really hard. I'm in Indonesia and my boyfriend is in India. We have many ups and downs in relationships. The most important thing is that you have to know yourself and believe in yourself that you can get through it together with your partner.

Yes i can relate bro cos i also been through this...but for me the worst part is i was dumped through text...tragic isnt it 😂💪...i have done everything in my power to endure all the hardship cos i really do think that she is the one...all the promise we made for each other...is just wasted...its now has been 1 month since i got dumped...eventhough this year we plan to seal the deal 'tunang' i guess that this covid also make it worst too...but i wont put blame on her entirely cos im also not perfect i made mistake too but the diffrence is i didnt surrender...i have accptd all her good and bad i accpt her for who she is...i just wished that she did the same for me...nobody is perfect in this world...but i still care and love her...i tried to hate her but i couldnt because she was the love of my life(as i have thought) but maybe she has a reason and i just gotta have to accpt that with open heart...im not going to force anything that do not want to be in my life...maybe someday our path will cross again?
