So. It's an anime, which I enjoy. It's helmed by the guy who made the awesome TV adaptation of Ghost in the Shell. And it's in the venerable Tolkien world. I should be excited. But... Why do I see jerky awkward movements and stale blocking? Why is it so hard to look at? Did they get the Castlevania crew to animate this? At times it feels more like the dreaded AI generated Corridor Crew anime than anything drawn by hand. With both this, and the new Terminator Anime... What is going on in the animation industry?
Wow, I was so excited for another Lord of the Rings movie and then was 100% letdown by the fact that it was not live action! Nothing worse than Anime! Way to ruin a good story!
Why did they put in “Peter Jackson presents” and “Back to Middle Earth” as if he’s working on this when he’s not and adding clips of Rohan from the LOTR TTT as if this will be as faithful and respectful of Tolkien's works as Peter Jackson was when this made up girl boss BS is clearly not? This is just another failure in the making relying on member berries to sell their fan fiction garbage just like Rings of Power, Star Wars: Acolyte, She-Hulk, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Ahsoka, etc. You’d think these people would have learned from the utter failure of Rings of Powers' Karen girl boss fan fiction story alone, but clearly, they didn’t. SMH…
@@niemenz I always wonder how they're able to do it. I've got a drawing tablet of my own and whenever I use drawing software, I'm always struggling with a line going too far or not looking exactly how I want it.
Why tell a story about legendary Helm Hammerhand, when you can invent a girlboss daughter story instead? Sorry, but Phillipa Boyens urges were contained with LOTR (see in interviews her urge to push the Eowyn storyline), but here as lead writer she unleashes them on Middle-Earth.
