Amin.
This gave me chills, especially when she hits this high D-flat at the end, thank-you for posting such a beautiful and majestic piece sung to sheer perfection!!!
Absolutely Outstanding, I have never heard such expression as was demonstrated with this rendition of the Lord's Prayer. I could listen to this all day.
C.J.BAIK TEMUMA PERFORMANCE ESPETACULAR!!!! SOPRANO LÍRICO, ELA REGULA E APROVEITA AS NOTAS COMO UM BRINQUEDO!!!!.... ÓTIMO SENTIMENTO....E LINDAS INOVAÇÕES!!!! JANE, SÃO PAULO, BRASIL!!!!!!
By far the best Lord's Prayer out there. Little Samuel can play the organ like no others. His stops used in this song are breathtaking, especially at the climax of the song. Sounds like a whole orchestra. Go, Sam!
Beautiful. My church sings this song as well. Because I am a Presbyterian. Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful video. God bless you, Mr. Samuel Metzger.
This is just the best have heard in my life time, this lady has made it look as if all soloist I've heard in my life time never knew what the were doin..BEAUTIFUL. MAY GODS NAME BE PRAISED
Thank YoU for sharing this. Reminds me of a colleague from the past; Judy Blegen. My teacher, Alexander McCurdy played this at a Wedding. He knew Mr. Malotte and played it so well. Your playing and sensitivity make this work and bring back memories!! Thank YoU!
one never "follows" when playing an accompaniment. It is only when the musician and soloist are working together as a single unit that true music is being made. I believe that Mr. Metzger and Miss Baik have succeeded in their endeavor to make beautiful music together. A big Thank You to both for a wonderful rendition!
Yes I agree with you... so clean and pure... and wonderful organ playing and tone though a bit over powering when the crescendo pedal is used.. ( its a massive instrument meant for a large choir and congregation.)
This is so amazing. I am personally responsible for a lot of the views on this. I am an organist and hear a lot of music but this moves me every time I listen to it. So awesome. Thanks.
Breathtaking! I have a vocal audition on Christmas eve and am required to do this song. I'm using this version as a guide. The most beautiful I've ever heard! Can anyone tell me what key this is played in?
