Nice explore lads, beautiful blues ... I didn't hear the ground move, but I did hear the air moving, ... lol. 🤪 What was the local time and date of your premier? I see them at 5;30am on the 19th here on the west coast of America. Take care all, stay safe! Till the next mates ... ⛏⚒⛏

Looks like I am approximately 11hrs behind you mate, that sounds about right. I have family there on the west coast of Australia and also in Italy, about the same delay. Take care Lads, till the next.

@@OGRocker1 You too OG. We would love to get to Italy one day to explore. We can see they have monster Feldspar mines and some diggings that date back to the 10th century!

Eb i watch your channel to try and understand how the old timers constructed and operated their mines. Its hard to understand well from reading books and generally i dont go into shafts because im alone.

Us too mate. What the previous generations did as far as mining engineering is mesmerizing to us, and being a carpenter, in some cases, it's beautiful! That's why we hunt the old stuff exclusively!

Cheers mate. For a reasonably high grade silver mine, we couldnt see any Galena! Only copper oxides, sulphides and cabonates. We agree its beautiful stuff.

lol does that mean they did a real good job taking all the galena or was it copper they made their money on, yeah still , great explore, I always like to think of how they lived every day , in such harsh conditions, then mining as a profession on top of that , tough buggas @@qldabandonedmines

@@andrewbarker9773 The hill had 7 adit levels punching back into the mountain in the early 1900s. The lower levels averaged 7.ozpt of silver so they made all their money from silver. It may just be coincidental the upper tunnel was blasted through a small copper ore body. In the next episode we find the main haul tunnel at the bottom of the hill that would have serviced the stopes. It was mined through decomposed greywacke. It is the nastiest ground we have ever found. It had crook air and a swimming pool sized dam of acid mine water we have ever found!
