About to install a Prinsu rack so am storage shopping. I really want a case to fit horizontally on the front of the rack to leave room for rooftop tent or spare tire on the roof in the back of the rack. I know the 83l is about 51" wide. The roam 95L is a bit skinnier at about 47", but is taller. Main reason we are looking at the 83L is height, we can still get into our garage with it on. It'd be a lot closer with the 95L, but the 95L might fit better horizontally on the front of the prinsu rack. BUT then we deal with having a rather bulky object up front on the rack. I believe the roof of our car is slightly over 50", so the 83L may end up sticking over the edge of the car roof. I'm honestly not sure which way to go. It's my first time having a roof rack or roof storage. Our car is a 2023 Subaru Ascent.

So..will that fit on a Tacoma with a prinsu rack..crosswise rather than lengthwise?

How well do they keep water out while on the roof top? Wanting to add one large shallow, must keep water out 100%. Thanks.

What lock do you use for the roam case itself? We’re having a hard time finding one that fits

Who do I contact to build something for me to put under my GMC Savana 4x4? I don’t use the area underneath for spare tire. It looks like a good spot for some gear.

I don't see those locking brackets on the Roam website. Do they still make these?

Got mine a few years back and the latches already rusted out. I wish there were replacements. I love the case, just not sure how much longer latches will last.

Yikes 613 bucks seems Kinda Steep For a plastic Case and it's Accessories looks Like they have Dramatically gone up in price from what they use to be

great case and not trying to bad mouth your video. i just want people to know. Military grade does not mean quality the military will usually contract the lowest bidder when it comes to manufacturing equipment. but people have associated with military grade for higher quality items and thats not the case.

I love my Roam 83L cases but the lids warp so badly. They don't seal very well anymore. This seems to be a problem with these Roam cases. Are the new boxes with the different hinges any better? These cases aren't cheap and its frustrating that these always warp. Anyone else having similiar issues?

Is it just me or did they substantially raise up their prices? I do not remember paying that much a couple years ago
