hope this answers your question on timestamp 17:04 in hotshot killing an enemy will drop tags and picking them up will give you points, race to 125 points. grayed out tags is your teammate's tags when they die and hotshot teammate drop 3 grayed out tags, pick them up so that enemies can't, denying them points (+50 objective score per deny). blue colored tags are enemy's tags where non hotshots drop 1 tag, enemy hotshot drop 3 tags, 1 point per tag picked up (+50 objective score per tag), and if you are the hotshot enemies drop yellow tags, 3 points per pickup (+50 objective score per tag still, and +10 every 5 seconds if hotshot).
nice, just one slight correction (or maybe just clarification): all enemy tags the hotshot picks up are worth 3 points, not just those from his own kills, so if the hotshot is nearby it might be worth letting them pick up tags for the extra match score.
Thanks for the info. A few last questions: How do we become a hot shot? We have to be the player who collected the most tags when there's no hot shot alive in the game, right? And does being the hot shot give you any kind of power up, like higher damage, better weapon handling, etc?
@@lucariovietnam2145 yes you see the list at the top of the screen, that is list of the next in line for hot shot, and the more tqgs you have collected in your current life the higher you are on that list. The person at the top of that list then becomes the hot shot a few seconds after the previous one is killed. As for the buffs you get, it's faster movement speed and reload speed (thats all afaik)
You can have great games where your teammates suck and do nothing. I like that there are no scorestreaks to make those kind of games feel bad for me. I don't mind losing if I still had a good game.
incase yall didn't know, you can shoot the spider off your teammates. just unload a couple bullets at their head and it'll get rid of it. Also when the spider jumps on you (i think its a glitch) you can sometimes blast it off your face.
Greyed out tags are allies tags/tag denials. Hotshot gets more points for tags so if they're right beside you cause your supporting them and you see them running to a tag don't deny them/pick em up right before they get to it. Most of the good people I see running stealth seem to have the spawns memorized or something, they rarely seem to get surprised and always know where to be for a easy kills so the scan seems less useful.
Smgs are made for close quarters and the ak shreds by nature. M4 is just a comfort pick, no need for gimmicks. Pick it up, tune per your liking and just shoot. Peace
Someone else commented most of the hotshot rules but there is also a three tag minimum to be hotshot and once youre hotshot you dont lose it until death
The M4 and the MP5 are the ONLY guns that I go positive game after game after game. I think its because they are both so well rounded that it's hard to do bad with them...especially if you're hitting headshots.
In hotshot the "leaderboard" is up between the scores. Only the #1 can be hotshot. So while you had several tags, your team mate had more. Once you collected your 9th you took over as leader and became Hotshot again
Turn your flash settings to dark screen and when you are the hotshot tags you pick up count as 3 points…prioritize picking them up while you are hotshot! 😎
Not a “pro tip” but muzzle booster + rapid fire barrel makes all the ARs better. Still accurate, just a faster TTK. Build the rest for ADS/Sprint to fire speed and you have a super snappy AR with a faster TTK than the base gun. ACR and AK I’ve found are the best for this, but they’re all super good. Even the M16 with these attachments. TLDR: mOrE bOoLetS = kiLL mOre FaStR
Bro in this game, every gun is fuking perfect. This is actually very rare to see in any shooters.. Like literally every gun is fun to play with. And it almost doesn't make sense but also is too good. Honestly all the devs have to do is fix the bugs and glitches and keep on adding new content. No need to make any other changes.
Really enjoying the game tbf trying to improve but feels like I'm stuck in the mud a bit atm feels like I'm getting worse if anything I spose it doesn't matter though as long as the enjoyment is there
Of course its not as good as the scan, its just fun to use. I often am in a sticky 1v2 1v3 situation and popping it while youre traversing cover can be quite effective. Plus the class has the passive of being off radar. Playing with the cloak is really good for just working out skirts of the map and being solo on the map, not really playing as a team.
Its def a weapon in Xdefiant lol they could up the dmg by 1 on body/head and itll still be not the best but better than before, i cant find a assault rifle I like and im hoping the G36C is the gun im looking for since in every other fps G36C was my go to AR.
Practice recoil controller. I don't know if this game has a firing range but, go in there pick a gun you like to use and learn the recoil pattern. From there just pull your aim opposite of how the gun kicks.
i have found alot of controller players struggle with the cloak as it removes aim assist but I am only using it so I can unlock the the last faction character
This game has so much latency for me that I would consider it a miracle to kill multiple people at a time in a gunfight lol I can win 1v1s easy because I usually have better aim but they almost always get the jump on me
M4 is the last gun i would use tbh, feels super bad. The bullets feels like projectile. I can see them curve and most dont hit. I pick up my acr and yeah night and day. Acr IS the best weapon in the game imo.
