In Greek Myth Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades didn’t create the Sky, Seas, or Underworld they simply ruled it. Hades might be a stronger god than a typical one like a Renard. But the old gods don’t interfere with humans like ever. Even the gods barely almost never see them.
I agree. The biggest problem that I have with the show, is that the tone shift so drastically from season 1 to season 2 where they kind of DEET owned the beast to be this comical character and they brought in that god-awful musical number for season 2. Which for me was a complete bummer since that first musical number in the first season actually had a point in meaning (to get Penny's attention because he's a psychic and a traveler). But I really think that season 3 and season 4 had potential. I personally would have focused more on timeline 40 penny in season 4 rather than the group. If I was one of the riders I would have had season floor be mainly a buddy cop type of season with TL 40 Penny and maybe Alice? This show had so much potential but the whole saving fillory story arc got old after season 3.
