Great video man. I've started to realize just how crucial story finding is to the process of making videos/documentaries (especially when there's deadlines). As it turns out, not every story is just going to walk up to you.
It sounds plausible, but I’m starting to question Gladwells literary integrity. He knows how to spin fantastic stories but it is shocking some of the problems his books actually have that readers seem to accept without digging in and fact checking them. I suggest watching his debate with Matt Taibbi & others a few months back in Toronto I believe. It’s hard to believe some of the bad conclusions he jumps to & tries to defend where there is little to no evidence to stand on. He eventually starts resorting to name calling . It was appalling how childish he came off as that evening.
Watch Douglas Murray take this guy to town on his literary integrity… I’ve read Douglas Murray and he actually researches and takes his integrity seriously… this guy resorts to personal attacks and straw men when questioned. He’s a faux intellectual
