Meditation has changed my life. However, sometimes the effects can be disorienting. In this episode, I share what happened after my first zazenkai. I talk with one of the monks at the temple where I meditate and hear her words of advice. Confusing experiences can allow you to reorient your life and if anything, I learned so much from experiencing what some call derealization.
