Jazzak Allahu khayran brother. This lecture is indeed important, and as a woman myself I do understand why some might get offended, but if we take a step back we will somehow see the wisdom in it bi’thnillah. May Allah grant us understanding of our deen, ameen. By the way. If you haven’t done one yet, then could you do a lecture on how brothers should treat women? There are sadly some brothers out there who take advantages of their rights and barely fullfill any of the wife’s rights, such as treat her good and spend on her financially.

Subhanallah, mixing between the two genders is common place in the west, I didn't even realise it was wrong till a few months back. I'm a medical student and I'm afraid I'm not observing hijab properly. I cover myself from head to toe in loose clothes but I'm wearing pants (we have to wear scrubs). And we mix all the time, we have tutorials in small rooms huddled together, men and women. Subhanallah, I try to keep interactions with men to a minimum but I still feel regret. I hope Allah forgives me if I slip up or fail. And you're absolutely right, most of the males always display some kind of attraction to our female teachers, it's natural. Anyways... Don't live in the west if you want to really want to protect your iman and be obedient to Allah. Edit: also sisters... plucking of the eyebrows is haram 👀

this is my concern also. I am asking whether a woman can work
@anindanahiyan8660
@anindanahiyan8660 2 года назад
@@slaveofallahkarpuz It is not obligatory upon a woman to work, but it is obligatory upon a women to guard her chastity, cover herself, avoid mixing with non-mahram men, etc. So when a woman chooses to work, she must weigh the pros and cons. If she must be in a uniform that does not adhere to the Islamic dress code, or if she must closely interact with non-mahram men or be in seclusion with non-mahram men, etc., then it is not permissible for her to work there because you can not prioritize the optional above the obligatory. However, if a woman is able to work within the guidelines of Islam, then there is no harm in it In Shah Allah. For example, a Muslim woman can not be a police officer because her job requires her to wear a uniform which includes clothing that is not permissible for a Muslim woman to wear outside. She might even be required to share a car alone with a male coworker or physically handle male suspects. But a woman can, for example, work as a teacher at a children's school or a teacher at a girl's school, or maybe as a shopkeeper because she can wear her own clothes and she doesn't have to interact closely with non-mahram men. I hope this helps, and Allah knows best.

Alhamdulilah, Great lecture and advice. We need more scholars like you Shaykh. We have ustaz in my country teachung the truth about the Quran and the sunnah but he was arrested and then released but under closed scrutiny 24/7 and he is banned from holding any religious class. One of the reasons because we are prohibited from saying the word "kafir" towards the non Muslim. Another incident, the imam was giving the Friday sermons, just by mentioning the word kafir and he been called by the authority and sadly to say, the one who made the report is from one of the jamaah that attended the congregation. So now we are more careful about what we do, to uphold the sunnah is not that easy, the consequences are always there. Jazakallah khairon.

As a sister I appreciated this lecture ( Ok the part about thousands of things women can do and hundreds of thousands things men can do was a bit exaggerated lol but hey - humour is important). Jazakallah Khayr Brother . if we can be advised like this then it makes the guidelines clear and we get to improve. A lot of women want to benefit themselves and others but don't always know the guidelines so learning and improving is refreshing. Shukran Katheeran.

I'm a new Muslim. I've been Muslim for one year. Please help me understand this topic regarding women speaking publicly to a mixed male/female crowd. The first university in the world was started by a Muslim woman. How could she have started a university without addressing men? Is that even possible? Also, we hear stories of our mother Aisha (ra) and how intelligent she was on so many topics, including medical treatments. Could Aisha (ra) have been so influential without addressing the men of that time? I am seeking knowledge, please don't take my questions as doubting the rulings of our scholars. Thank you in advance.
@OneWayToParadise
@OneWayToParadise 3 года назад
Welcome to Islaam my brother or sister. I explained all this in the lecture. Aisha would address men from behind a veil as clearly stated in the Quraan. She would not hold public lectures where men are right there looking at her like the women of today do. As for the first university being started by women, then this is not considered an evidence in our religion. We base the allowed and disallowed on the Quraan and Sunnah as understood and applied by the first 3 generations of Muslims. As for history, all types of violations are there and they do not change the ruling.

Too difficult to write. Hopefully Allah will give some insight or give me insight to your interpretation on what you said. Because this is the life journey our experiences as well as Allah giving us blessings of insight on situations. You know that is why we need to be exposed to older generation...to improve ourselves as best as we can, so we please Allah and please people around us. Just want to say I view my husband as part Of me..want to spoil him and make him less stress yes , when my husband complains I say stop we are slave to each other. As well we are slave to children it is all about Submission. WHEN A MAN GOES OUT TO WORK HE IS NOT SLAVE AS WELL. THIS IS LIFE GOD put us tohether and had us have families so we would be less selfish nothing wrong with husband spoiling wife but she has to also work hard to spoil husband...make him feel special . THAN THAT IS A HAPPY MARRIAGE. Not a boss situation... Yes I want my husband stronger than me . I do not know but culture plays a role .....some men are way too authoritative Okay some women need that they are to bossy. BUT NOT ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THAT. COULD SAY MORE..GOT TO GO. Walaykumussalam warahmatullah wabarakaatuh. This is because the Masjid is a public place and people shouldn't be restricted from entering it. So if women are discussing which shouldn't be amongst men and then a man enters the masjid, what happens? Should they stop their discussion and leave or they send the man out which is against the rights of the Masjid.

Dear sid may Allah open your chest to the right knowledge and the right path and give you understanding of the Deen.. I have watched extensively the lectures of Shabbir Ally. Wallahi I won't speak a word of injustice against him.. He's from those scholar who water down the Deen of Allah subhan wa ta'ala soo much that he makes things halal which Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam clearly said not allowed.. Apart from what you have mentioned...I'll briefly describe his misguidance here you can go and verify from his video. 1. First, he doesn't find any issue in women shaking hand with men in work environment 2. Second, speaking about masturbation he made it so that it appears it's from among the allowed thing and not very sinful.. but Allah said in His book ..that those who take sexual pleasure other than wives and what their right hand posses (slave women from war) are wrong doers. 3. Third, Shabbir Ally says having a picture at home or having a pet dog is not that sinful or maybe allowed.. but Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam informed us that angels don't enter a house where there's dog or animate pictures 4. Fourth he implies that if for a small deed there's a big reward and similarly for a small mistake there's big punishment it is misunderstanding of hadith... But we find in the hadith of Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam that Allah forgave a fornicating women cause she fed water to a dog... And that a woman from previous nation is in hellfire cause she caught a cat and didn't feed her to death.. 5. Fifth, he generalised and legalises loans So from knowing all this from him and the way he starts answering ... I'm doubtful he's not going good with the authentic narrations of Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam... And mostly you'll find him starting his answers as "there is nothing prohibiting this issue in the Qur'an"... He appears to be from the quraniyoon and mostly he debates Christian scholars...using logic ...therefore it is unlikely from him that he'll take the hadith of Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam which appear illogical...but wallahi Islam has no place for logic about an affair that Rasulullah sallahualaihiwasallam informed us about. He's dangerous ..and YQ shares same point of view about women shaking hand with men... Let not this happen that you plant love for him in your heart and this blinds you from rejecting his misguidance... Insha Allah when I get to my computer I will put links to every youtube video of his clearing my claim

1) Ya sheikh what is exclusively masculine and exclusively feminine ultimately comes down to "العرف", there are pants designed EXCLUSIVELY for women. 2) By the opinion of the majority, A woman's voice is not 'Aura' (though she doesn't correct the imam as you rightly pointed out), and it's reasonably deductible from the hadith you quoted about Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) teaching some of the companions. However, A woman giving a public lecture is not favourable and should not be the case, I'm a guy, that is very understandable.

I am with you completely. A lot of this is new to me because I thought Aisha RA had a more visible role. Regarding making a living, what of Kadhija RA? Did she stop working completely after the ayats were sent down? Personally, I'm working and so is my husband. Work is Ibadah and I hope to do it with the adab and aqeeda and of course hijab. Please advise. Another issue, what of the digital world, like here. No profile pic, seeking ilm, commenting? Completely no interaction with men 100%? This is so important. Looking forward to hearing from you. No one is talking about this clearly.

@@OneWayToParadise well..what are the rulings regarding to them. Medicine is an extremely demanding profession. They have to work nights,leave their toddlers at home, they don't have time to cook and clean and take care of the house in general and if they are working in emergency branches then its very likely that they won't be able to talk to their husbands for whole days. Their existence is the opposite of everything that most unapologetic muslims advocate for women. Forgive me brother if i am bothering you with these questions but as a newly enlightened muslim who had finally let go of western ideologies, i am struggling to see where exactly i fut in Islam. I would have loved to share these with females but There aren't any female scholars that i can look upto. I feel like any women who doesn't cover her face on social media is going to give me a diluted version. I donot want that anymore but unfortunately most lectures that i hear from brothers are extremely male centric and are not able to erase this questions.
@farha951
@farha951 3 года назад
@Asim Ayyubi doesn't that undermine the position that brother abu mussab is taking regarding the place of women in islam. Because its not just one field,there are many fields where women are a necessity,if we are allowing women to work ( with proper hijab) then its going to be a totally different society than whats being advocated here.
@abdullahbello3335
@abdullahbello3335 3 года назад
No, it doesn't undermine the main point of the discussion. If you listen to the lecture sincerely and closely, you would see that necessity could prompt women to do somethings which is generally restricted, so it is not a general case as you think and necessity as you've clearly stated about women going into the profession in other to solve the necessity of a male treating a woman allows them but still they should maintain the general guidelines of Islam. When you guys spend so much time in rhetoric, and in criticism, when you guys guide people to the path that leads to paradise. Are you scared 😱 of comments that you turn off on your videos. Are you from ME or where, so much anger reflects that you need to spend more time in peace and tranquillity.
