Eastland Mall is still going with no anchors. A mystery investor from the Middle East paid 9.5 million for it in 2015. It is probably the same person who owns the Tuttle Mall as that one sold last year. Both have the same management company.

@@LamontezTezlamon Again, not true. I used to work here. My neighbor runs many of the stores in the mall now. They likely know the mystery investor from the Middle East who paid 9.5 million dollars in cash in 2015 for Eastland Mall, which is also not closing. I'm not sure, but this same investor probably owns Tuttle as well. It was sold last year. They both have the same management company. I don't know why they're putting so much into these old malls, but they obviously have the money to do it and to keep them going. I don't know our neighbors very well since they're pretty new here and don't speak much English. We're friendly with them, though, and trade gifts of food with them sometimes. They have the furniture stores, a kebobs restaurant in the food court, and a couple of others.

@@maggiesanford8324 Sounds like you have some interesting neighbors! Did they come to the US specifically to run those stores in the Tuttle Mall? Do you think the Middle Eastern investor might have sent them here to help manage the mall? Also, I'd love it if you could share the names of the stores your neighbors run. I haven't been to the Tuttle Mall in years, even though I live maybe five or six miles from it. I stopped going once the place started to decline. But maybe I'll go visit those store to support your new friends!

@Sean Styles It is still open. I have no clue what your right mind you are thinking of, because I literally was just there on Saturday filming a video, it was busy when I visited.
