I think the problem is that they messed up so much with the Kenobi series. The show would have needed to be one of the biggest events in a long time but absolutely failed in that regard and since then ... many people just don't care anymore about Star Wars.
Starwars when it comes to movies has had going on almost 4 year break... Star wars TV series like the mandalorian, the book of boba Fett, Obi-Wan, Kenobi and beyond don't need a break. They're actually really good
Disney did this to themselves. The TV market is over saturated with subpar star wars content. What the need to do is what paramount is doing with trek. Give the fans what they want and have a super fan helm the ship moving forward. I have no problem with Mando but it is getting kinda boring these days. I just really don't care. Especially after the obi wan series... Maybe Ashoka will right the ship but I'm not holding my breath
Just finished watching Mandalorian season 3 & Bad Batch season 2... So this year Star Wars movies are just scams and lame excuses to justify "Emperor Cloning" ??? Jeezzuzzzz 😡
I think it was a terrible idea to launch the new season exactly when The Last of Us is launching. We Star Wars fans will watch everything with "Star Wars" writen on it, but the general public is dumb. They can only watch one show at once. Can only watch what is in front of them. Disney should have waited for TLOU to end first.
Nobody cares about Felony´s bad fanfic which sh**s all over the previously established plot points, foreshadowing or even basic logic. The script was obviously rewritten and it was confirmed by Favreau and also retrospectively by old interviews with Pascal who was supposed to have the most of face time scenes originally, before KK and Felony ruined everything. Replacing the real hero in his own story by the most loathsome villain in the universe who keeps falling upwards and never pays for her atrocities was the worst decision in the history of film-making. It is more insulting than the sequels to me. It is also more toxic to push narcissistic Karen as a rolemodel at young kids. S3 is not canon to me and never will be. I wasn´t even able to finish it. I was done with Disssney SW the moment Boo-Karen took the darksaber illegitimatey again after using Din and his whole clan and manipulating them to gain power. After that scene it was obvious they will never call her out for her atrocities and Felony will never allow his precious fanfic OC to be punished and used as a villain. KK will not allow it either of course. I created my own version of S3 where everyone gets what they deserve: Din becomes the ruler and Bo-Karen becomes the food for cave lizards after her hands are cut off and she gets sliced in half slowly by the darksaber she wanted so much. F*** that narcissistic sociopath and f*** Dissney! Nothing including their not-Mando S3 and anything which follows it on the timeline and is connected to it in any way will never be canon and I will never watch it. I started to buy the "legends" books and they are far better than that trash Pisssney produces. This evil company will never get any money from me after this deliberate malicious middlefinger to the fans and pure "wahhhmen can do nothing wrong" pr0paGand4. They replaced the PoC underdog who earned everything he has by hard work and determination with an evil Mary Sue who is a literal white slaver, terrorist, schemer against her own sister and a privilleged, powerful princess. And they used ra*ism against Din as an excuse to do so. Hypocrites...

I really don’t Star Wars needs a break. I DO think that fewer shows with higher quality would be better but they’re all pretty good right now and the mandolorian is the best out there right now give it time and it’ll be fine. I’ve liked all the episodes so far even season 3 episode 3 so for me ut hasn’t lost any steam at all

The rewrites are obvious and also confirmed. TBOBF was miles better because no Booo-Karen shoehorned into the story, and because some of her bull*** was finally mentioned by the armorer. Now she suddenly simps for her based only about her claim she saw the mythosaur (why does she believe this lying, treacherous sociopath who wanted her own sister dead???) and Booo still acts 100% like a scheming villain manipulating everyone around her for her personal gain as always, but the plot ignores it. If that malignant narc wanted to unite the clans and take back Mandalore she would not be sitting Karenspreading in her castle and whining and blaming everyone for her mistakes and bad deeds. She would be doing someting constructive. She had years to go to Mandalore and check if it is habitable. She should be following Din because he has the darksaber now, so when he came to join her she should have raised that pathetic a** of hers and go to help him instead of insulting him like a disgusting piece of absolute garbage she is! All of her actions are the actions of a scheming villain who cares only about something and someone to rule. I fu*king hate that loathsome trash pseudocharacter. She ruins everything she is in. F*** that plank of wood who plays her and praises her everywhere and excuses her terrorism and slavery and scheming against her own sister! F*** Felony and whole Disssney! I´m done with them! Andor is the best live action series for Star Wars. It had great writing, acting and dialogue all combined with an amazing story and sooo much tension. Mandolorian feels quite stale in the story development, nothing challenging acting wise and feels less like star wars more like a bad supernatural series with 'daily missions'
i also think that season 3 of mando is focusing on alot of knowledge from the clone wars and rebels in a way to where if you are just a live action water and not animated then you dont undertand how cool these things are
This season had hell of a reason to be made IF they followed the original plan instead of shoehorning the f-ing villain Boo-Karen into Din´s rightful place. He was supposed to be the uniter and become the ruler. Everything was pointing to that direction since the very beginning. But Felony had to turn it into his personal fanfic right after he got promoted by KK...
Boring and the plot armor is way too strong in the last episode. I mean ~10 interceptors chasing their ship and not one could take out our heroes? I get they can’t die and can’t get shot down, just don’t put 50 stormtroopers all missing and it won’t be so bad.

Season 1 Mandalorian they kind of fixed it by having mando get shot a bunch but be okay because of the beskar. And again I know the bad guys will miss, but come on lol, just don’t put so many enemies if the heroes will get away unscathed yknow
