I really enjoyed this message .I get messages and sometimes when they come on for me to speak my tongue starts to move fast… it is strange . It is almost as if the message is at a faster vibration than we speak. Recently these clicking sounds came out . I heard the message that my energy was being recalibrated. I was fine with it being no one was around to see me . I think my children think I’m a little weird Lol ,but I kinda learned to embrace myself.

One early morning when I was 12 years old, I woke up in what I now know to be sleep paralysis-I couldn’t open my eyes, couldn’t speak, couldn’t move a muscle! I felt each part of my body (starting at my feet) start to get really heavy & it moved all the way up my body. All of a sudden, I COULD “SEE” THRU MY CLOSED EYES, ME, FLOATING ABOVE THE ME LYING IN BED! IT WAS AMAZING & LIFE-CHANGING! I KNEW I WAS LOOKING AT MYSELF-JUST OLDER SOMEHOW. With eyes a luminous blue, my hair was flowing energy & my clothes were flowing energy. Nothing was said-but it changed my whole thinking. It opened my mind & I knew instantly that the “reality” I experienced day to day was not the only reality out there! After a short time…maybe a few seconds, maybe a nano second-I can’t say exactly how long it lasted, but everything released & I could move again! I looked at my digital clock to note the time. It was 7:13 am. No significance that I can think of. Anyway, I went back to bed. I FELT THE WHOLE THING HAPPENING AGAIN & I KNEW I WOULD SEE MYSELF. I saw exactly the same ME…floating above my physical body! By this this time, my mother & sister were up & I could hear them in the bathroom. As I was paralyzed, I tried to call out for my mom (altho I was not afraid!)! I just couldn’t move! So, I saw me again & then everything released! I told both my parents what happened & their only comment was “Are you on drugs?”…as if it were a joke. I’m 54 years old now & wish I knew more of why this happened! I do think I met my higher self❤Thanks for any input & I love, love, love ur show!!! I’m grateful that u share all this wonderful information w/us🤩🙏🏻👏🏻

This is Astral Travel, Tammy. How magical. That's exactly how it's described. I'm actually taking a course in how to do it. It's a way of seeing beyond the veil. What I understand is that we go to the Astral realm every night, but what you did and what I'm learning to do now, is to do it more intentionally so that we can see beyond the veil of the 3-D. Do you think you'll let yourself do it again? Magic!!! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much, Maríe, for everything and especially the toning. I keep thinking my recording will come up and I don't know if you've passed it by thinking it was inconsequential. I hope not because I sent it very sincerely. However, in the time since I've sent it, I've been working on my energy so much and hope if you finally do listen to my message you'll get an entirely different reading of my energy than you would have when I first sent the message almost two months ago. In any case, I'm so grateful for the advice you've given to the women today and in past podcasts. Theiir cases are much more dire and hopefully will benefit deeply from your incredibly thoughtful responses. Thank you for these gems, Maríe. Thank you.

I only see clients online and I work with people from all over the world. So yes!!! And I believe people heal themselves, as I am a facilitator for their healing ❤️

Marie, haven't you said in past that all souls pre-plan their departure from Earth?

Yes, there is a departure date that we choose ahead of time. And because we have free will, there are four other departure times we can choose from. Most people have had an experience where they could have died, yet they didn't because they choose not to take one of the extra four offerings to leave earth.
