It's interesting that you said, "Be kind to yourself," in the remarks you made before you got to the phone calls. Just yesterday, I had a profound contact experience with a friend from elementary and junior high school. She died back in 2006 at age 33, leaving a husband and a young son. At the end of the conversation, I asked her if she had any advice for me based on what she could see from the other side. She said, "Take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself." This made perfect sense to me because I've always been rather hard on myself, although that has begun to change of late. Anyway, I thought it was an interesting synchronisity that you would say the exact same thing less than 24 hours later, while I was reflecting on that conversation. Thanks, Marie.

Thank you so much for this intro today about meditation, slowing down. At a pivotal time in my life I moved out of my boyfriend's into my own apartment. The day I walked up I was greeted face to face by a blue heron. She looked at me. I looked up the meaning of her and it was independence and perseverance, determination. What a wonderful gift that was to experience her.

Very helpful to think about souls of the fetus’ having choose and foresight into what will occur in the pregnancy and with the family (if they are born). Too many negative stories make women miserable about their mothering situations.

It is so very appreciated!! at the time that I asked this question back in January I felt unbelievably stuck, but it was because I was afraid of the fact that I wanted to go into an intuitive career and afraid it would take me away from hairdressing. Thank you for mentioning that it’s time to switch careers. I’m actually becoming a Reiki master this summer, and I am currently enrolled in mediumship classes and looking for a new space for my hairdressing that will allow me to begin to branch out into these intuitive paths. It’s so very validating and exciting. Thank you for all that you do!
