Calling this show incredible is an understatement. Literally everything about it works. The writing is perfect, the acting is out of this world, and the direction is perfect. I'll probably wake up and start watching it at 3AM when it's online :-).

I am so glad I finally got into this show. People kept on and on and on... "No, doesn't seem my thing!" I finally cave and season 3 ends I think 'I'll watch the first episode of season 4' only to realise its not yet out. I shouted at the TV. This show is stunning. In every possible way. So glad I wasn't too stupid and actually watched it because christ it really is something else. Everyone is great.

Anyone else pissed off that it's a 2 episodes every Friday???? I don't pay for amazon prime video or Netflix to wait a week for episodes. I can do that for free on freeview 😂 Wish I hadnt seen it advertised on amazon for another 5-6 weeks then I could have binged the whole season. now I can't because I NEED to watch now 😭

On episode 3 - the writing is so so good this season! Well done! The art direction, cinematography, wardrobe are all 10s. And the acting, of course, is perfect. A special season for a special show.

This season, 2 episodes in has been.... fire. In a sense like none of the seasons before. Idk maybe its just my own whims that make me feel this right now but... there has been something fiery (in a slightly crazy way even) tbh. I don't know, it feels like something has changed, and I love it. The previous seasons(barring s1) felt a little mechanical at times to me, like you didn't a 100% believe the characters felt what they were saying; maybe because it was so quick and well scripted. The lines felt like lines and not the ramblings of someone's heart that much. This season has changed that somehow. I cant wait to see what this season brings for all characters

Out of all the seasons I think that this is the one I could relate with Midge the most. I am at that point in my life where things aren't very good job wise or money wise, while at the same time it seems like I am finally getting my head start. Every day is the same, although some feel like a success and some like a complete failure. I think that suprisingly it's season 4 where we see Midge at her lowest and most lost, which finally grounds her as a truly realistic character that it trying to make in the comic business. I loved the ending too, I feel like Midge is finally realising that she besides being charismatic and funny she is also very stubborn and can be selfish too and that she doesn't know everything about how to make it in this business. 8 episodes weren't enough, i am looking forward to season 5 so much!

anyone know what song played at 35:28 in season 4 episode 6? its bugging me, it sounds soo good, the chinese song that plays as the scene changes into joel's club where suzie meets joel. ive tried find the song, first through audio detecting apps and then by the lyrics i listened to, yet nothing, the only good result was to chang loo's song tiao yi ge man bo, that is the wrong song entirely.
