I have a question! So when people like Neo wake up and unplug from the matrix and live in the real world in their real bodies, they go missing in the simulation right? Wouldn’t that cause a glitch in the matrix. They only go back when they plug in. But the rest of the days when they are just off chilling in the ship, does it create a ripple effect for this missing life they had. Like does their apartment just stay empty? Their job, their coworkers notice he’s missing? Friends? What if they had a family? Does it cause a weird ripple like someone leaving a cult or some other group think type atmosphere?
