Meatball subs used to be my favorite. Haven't had one in years. Gonna have to make one soon. Those looked really amazing. You never fail us. Blessings 🙏🏽
If you cut the basil at the top of the main stem right above where the leaves branch it will make more branches below. Makes bushy plants. Sub looks awesome!
You should try a restaurant style omelet next. For all of the variety on your video's, I have never seen you touch that one. While it is easy enough to do, I would like to see you tackle Denny's or IHOP, as a sequel to all of these fast-food places you seem to like. Thanks!
Also don't let herbs, lettuce, and some root vegetables flower or go to seed unless saving for the next season. Your produce will become less flavorful and bitter. I looked like your basil was trying to produce flowers so just pluck that top off and it'll produce more leaves
A meatball sub isn't just a sandwich; it's a whole experience after a delightful journey into Quang Tran's world of meatballs. It's time to watch out for the meatball sub: with Quang's passionate appeal and meticulous recipe, wouldn't bet against it. It's okay to have sauce, but don't get lost in it, according to Quang (and perhaps Gucci Man).
Iv never used evaporated milk in my meatballs before. Ill deff be tryin this nxt time. My preference for meat is hamburger and ground turkey. If anyone hasnt ever tried this combo, you should try. I knw it sounds weird. But it makes a nice lighter meatball .
Once upon a time in a cozy little house nestled in the heart of Canada, lived a cheerful man named Quang Tran. Quang was known for his extraordinary culinary skills, and his favorite dish to make was a mouthwatering Meatball Marinara Sub. But there was a twist to his culinary adventures - Quang had an uncanny habit of acting like a penguin and insisted on being called "Pingu." One sunny afternoon, Quang waddled into his kitchen, his arms outstretched in a flappy manner, imitating the wings of a penguin. With a twinkle in his eye, he started gathering the ingredients for his signature Meatball Marinara Sub. As he pulled out the ground meat, breadcrumbs, herbs, and all the necessary spices, his penguin-like movements only added to the charm of the scene. "Quack-quack," he playfully exclaimed, mimicking a penguin's call, as he began mixing the ingredients with his flippers, umm, I mean, hands. His laughter echoed through the kitchen as he shaped the meat mixture into perfectly round meatballs. Pingu danced around the kitchen, sliding on the smooth floor with every step, clearly in his element. Next came the marinara sauce. With the precision of a chef and the grace of a penguin, Pingu poured a can of tomatoes into a pot, his flippers working the spoon as he stirred in onions, garlic, and a blend of secret spices. The aroma filled the air, making his home feel like a little penguin paradise. As the meatballs simmered in the rich marinara sauce, Pingu started preparing the sub rolls. He handled the bread like a true artist, his flippers deftly slicing through them. With a flourish, he placed the toasted rolls on a plate, ready to be filled with the delicious meatballs. Finally, it was time to assemble the masterpiece. Pingu carefully nestled the meatballs into the rolls, spooning extra marinara sauce over them, and then topped everything with a generous sprinkle of cheese. With a triumphant "quack," he closed the subs and admired his creation. Pingu's friends often popped by his cozy home to enjoy his culinary adventures. They'd gather around the dining table, amused by his penguin antics and eager to savor his delicious Meatball Marinara Subs. Laughter would fill the air as they chatted about their day, enjoying both the food and Pingu's infectious spirit. And so, in a world where culinary expertise met playful imagination, Quang Tran, also known as Pingu, continued to delight his friends and family with his unique culinary creations. His Meatball Marinara Subs became legendary in their own right, a perfect blend of flavors and the joy of being true to oneself - just like a penguin waddling its way through life's adventures.
My 8 year old thinks you’re talking to me in your videos now! Since my name is Kevin! Lol. Love it! If you can please shout him out. His name is Kolton!!
Its best to make your own meatballs. You can also use ground chicken ( i dont like the taste of ground beet) and 1 pound of your favorite sausage ( jimmy deans or parks spicy) for even balls use the ice cream scoop. One thing about using sausage is that you don't require much seasoning. I add extra pepper, .garlic chopped, oregano and onion powder.
Quang, your meatball sub game is one I more than respect 🫡 You make every food look and taste better. Thanks for taking the time to make and share this recipe with us. Cheers to a great day 🏅
Basil needs to be topped my guy those are flowers at the top, don’t be taking the side leaves top each plant at the node and let them re grow and get bushy double the tops. Get yourself a nice lil gardening book!
