The one thing I wanted to point out in murder attempt #3 is that paintballs are not accurate. Theres no rifling in the muzzle that would stabilize the projectile, and the ball isn't shaped to go perfectly straight in the first place. There is no way you could hit a specific spot on someone's head with a frozen paintball.
So happy that you are back! You were really missed :) Hope that all is well with your personal life and that taking on murders, fights and fictional trauma enducing scenarios won't be too taxing this year! Cheers>!!!!
Good to see you back! I look forward to your next react videos :D I would love to see some of the fights from Avatar the Last Air Bender analyzed, specifically any of the earth-bending fights. The show is a cartoon for a younger audience, so the combatants are almost always shown to be alive and well, just incapacitated after the beat downs, but it would be neat to hear a more realistic perspective on the potential injuries suffered from being slammed in the chest by a boulder the size of a washing machine, or thrown a hundred feet across an arena, through a thick stone platform and then down onto a pile of rubble 😂
Can you do a video on medical notes and how important they are? When I had a tib fib fracture (surgery needed) I had a panic attack and the nurses wrote down that I was taking cocaine (untrue. I made them urine test me) and refused to treat the panic attack until the anesthetist arrived. Now i have this on my notes forever. Just know that what you write remains for someones entire life. Even if untrue.
@@WouldntULikeToKnow. They just didn't bother to amend it. I had an ambulance crew show up to my house after reading my call notes claiming I was "seeking morphine" after that issue. It's insane how fast that info spreads. Totally false. I needed a 4 hour surgery to fix my leg. Now my GP also has put me on a weekly prescription which is slowly driving me insane. Every Wednesday my meds aren't ready until 4pm.
Please do a medical reaction video to Robocop (by Paul Verhoeven)- particularly the scenes of Murphy’s shooting at the hands of Boddicker’s gang and the subsequent attempted resuscitation in the hospital. Supposedly, the medical team was played by an actual trauma team.
Amazing video as always doctor, but you didn't explain something at the end: Why would strangulation cause someone to have an erection? this is a weird question to ask, but I'm genuelly curious
As someone mentioned in one of your last videos in your Rapid Fight Scene Trauma Diagnosis playlist, maybe you want to look at the fight scene in the very first episode (at minute 29:10) of the Amazon Original series Reacher.
This actually reminds me of a real case in Whatcom County, WA, USA. Guy's wife was trying to kill him for over a year without success. We were never sure, learning about it, if he were the luckiest of unluckiest man alive.
I've been fortunate in two minor car accidents. A rollover where the toolbox broke a window, and ran off the road into a snowbank. Not safe to have lots of heavy loose objects in the car. I wasn't injured, but could have been.
They refer to him exclusively as "The Prick". Haha congrats Youre not a psyho, I also thought that noo He cant be that bad for you all to murder him. But over the time it shows way back over decades ago that He is not only a PRICK but the DEVIL. Midway through its already justified, by the end of the series it all makes sense. Its a great mini series. Set in Ireland so its got different charms to it the way they shot the landscape and neighborhood. Its funny too
Hey Ed. since you like looking at medicine in movies, any chance of having your opinions on the surgery scene in the movie dog soldiers, where a squaddie has to do triage surgery with nothing more than some surgical gloves, bandages, a bottle of whiskey and a tube of loctite glue. though with all the youtube regulations now might end up being a little gory, enough so youtube doesn't like it.
absolutely love this channel since first watch it loooong ago, though be greatly if take a look at some M*A*S*H episodes! (its like scrups but during korean war.
