Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Aionios Moments Artbook is out now. And Takahashi-san officially confirmed some of the speculations the lore community (which I was a part of) was considering.
Especially my main focus which was the game's metaphysics. I knew for a long time that Aionios was a 'virtual' reality and not a physical one. A reality that was supported directly by Origin.
And I'm proud to say Takahashi-san directly confirms this officially in this artbook.
In this episode, I'll provide a dense explanation of my theory which involves some advanced physics subjects but I did my best to make it clearly connected to the lore.

Aionios not only breaks the laws of physics but metaphysics. The laws of dialectics will not be denied. Things must change, new things are born from the old. The Law of Regression is based on dialectics also. Great video man. I know less about Xenoblade than I do Souls/ER, and I haven't played Xenosaga, but XB1,2 3 are very special games to me and you make me want to revisit this series and play the ones I missed.

I suggest stopping whatever games you are playing (literally haha) and immediately playing Xenosaga trilogy. It is one of the most profound JRPG stories in existence. (Yes, even more complex and deep than Xenoblade and IMO even Xenogears) and overall I'll be making a lore series on Xenosaga as well and I'd like you to watch them so playing them would be a good idea so we can discuss ideas together. As it stands, since many people are unaware, I'd be spoiling stuff which is why I've only touched very slightly on the Xenosaga lore here. You need to play this trilogy. Trust me. The only regret you'll have is 'Why haven't I started the Xenosaga trilogy earlier?' Thats all I can say without spoiling. I hope this conveys the profundity of these games.

@@Ontos99 I love the passion Ontos! Yes and you are right, I am sure I will love Xenosaga when I play it. I need to figure out how to get the *ahem* pc versions since I don't have those consoles anymore. Another one I missed was Xenoblade Chronicles X because I don't have a Wii U, do you have any thoughts about that one? I gathered that XC2 had a ton of references to XCX especially near the end. There is a rumor that there is a XCX Switch remake in the works, which would be great if true.

Excellent video for the most part. I knew when I saw the final battle of future redeemd, the scenery was absolutely insane, and as such it sort of had to have some kind of meaning somehow or another. If we go full science analysis of the cosmology here, it's likely that Aionios's decay is something akin to the decay of black holes see in hawking radiation, whereby the black-hole will very slowly wither away due to the failure of virtual particles to assimilate on the event horizon. You seemed to know what you were talking about on the hard science so I appreciate that perspective.

Glad you liked it. Next week is another very in depth XC3 lore video. I want to get your thoughts on that as well! Actually I wish I have included a few more "very" telling lines from takahashi in the interview to completely hit the point home. "Origin is the recreation of the worlds that USED TO to exist" regarding of Shulk and Rex is being emulated in this reality as a result. Or reffering to Shulk A and Rex as "they are sustaining the world after that" (Sustaining the reality of Origin's making (Aionios) as a trinity emulator post Alpha's defeat) All direct quotes from Xenomira translation But I think my points were clear overall here. My next week's XC3 video is something I'm so excited about. Hoping to take the entire trilogy's lore analysis to an interesting vantage point. Looking forward to your thoughts on it and videos as well!

Your channel is seriously underrated! You‘re pinning down some of my own exact thoughts I’ve been having after rethinking what xb3 overall meant, after the interview shed new light on things. But now that it‘s basically confirmed that Malos is gonna come back in some way, the literal Jesus analogy of the Trinity Processor, I cannot help but wonder how that‘ll come into play once Monolith could potentially bring in more Xenosaga elements… Geez, this is gonna be an agonizing wait for the next game!

My next video will explain how Malos was intact in N's blade and even how Origin was designed within its architecture. Also, how Black fog fits into this narrative. It's satisfying that Takashi's statements meshed well with what we were already thinking. Aionios existing in this kind of Virtual Reality-esque manner makes it similar to Xenoblade 1's world too, especially when Alvis/the Ontos Core was the one who originally held "Administrator privileges" inside of it again. Monolith Soft definitely have some grand ideas they're working on, so I hope they continue to create great games in the future!

My current theory is that both XC1 and XC2 worlds were made out of Klaus's Conduit experiment and that special sauce polarized the planets in a way that was still inhabited within Xenosaga's universe. However, when XC3 events occurred and Z has completed this pocket dimension shift via planck scale black hole's event horizon, it turned into 'Lost Jerusalem' in the strictest sense of the word. All the events of XS 1-2 and even 3 were all happening while Aionios was still hidden in this pocket dimension. Remember the time flows differently within Aionios than outside. At the end of Future Redeemed, we see that saved Origin memory to create the physical states of Alrest and Bionis, finally resulting in Origin's reconstruction creating 'The Earth'. In fact, that radio in FR has the 'Vectors' logo on it. The same company Shion was working for. That and Dimitri Yuriev being name-dropped is a great clue by Takahashi because we know for a fact the vector industries was in operation dating all the way back to the LJ era. Anyways I'm also excited to replay Xenosaga at some point soon because that game is so rich in lore that I need to replay it to remember all the details for XC4

Of course ı still think both Alrest and Bionis was Alvis/Ontos sourced realities just not in this planck sized pocket dimension like Aionios was. We'll see what Takahashi cooks for us in a few years. Hope Switch 2 provides a stellar experience and Nintendo gives him enough time and budget to create his masterpiece

Thank you. My chapter 3 analysis will be next! Will analyze each chapter in a lot of depth including a version of it for Future Redeemed. Then will eventually do the same for XC2. And then for XC1. A long term project so please stick with me ;)

It’s funny how the law of convergence also ties in with Takahashi’s use of Gnostic Symbolism since Xenogears. The theme of becoming one, which he represents in Nisan within its church, the depiction of two one winged angels about to join hands and a flame between them. as such, the planets coming together with the collision event between very much depicts this same thought.

That's a great insight Coyoda. In fact here is another from me. Remember how Alpha requires physical vessels that embodies its power and tried to use Nael in FR? Well a similar process occurs within the demigods in Elden Ring where the outer gods which infected demigods like Malenia (Rot god) and Mohg (Mother of truth) ,express themselves as their avatars ;)

Also, I've had a weird thought that occurred when I was playing xenoblade 3 because I was comng hot off Xenogears for the third time but this time having played it side by side with Resonant Arc's analysis videos. And i'm just saying right now, this is very out there but...I also feel Origin is an odd inside joke to Takahashi himself. But Origin is almost comparable to Merkava and Deus . but yet at the same time, I almost feel like in the way that it's the single point in time containing all the worlds' data...it's almost like how Xenogears is left frozen in time in its status, trapped by Square Enix who still holds the rights and we'll never know what was to become of the series and Takahashi is almost trying to work his way back to what would be the most similar path way to xenogears that we would get, as it would still take place after xenosaga and xenoblade (what with the origin of the Zohar and etc)

@@Coyoda Thats a very interesting similarity to the fabric of Xenogears frozen in time. Chaos in Xenosaga refers LJ as 'the land of Origin' while Aionios was within the planck scale as I argued for in this video. Chaos knew the world's data was hidden in this veil and pocket dimension and it was only a matter of time until it resurfaced which it did thanks to Noah and Mio's efforts ;)

I’m so loving your content, Ontos. I have been trying to escape the horrors of the world now by immersing myself in your content and the world of Elden Ring lore. But the horrors of the world have become too much. I can’t think about these fantasy frivolities anymore. When will the line be drawn by those in power standing by allowing the atrocities currently taking place finally do or say something? I feel guilty, as a westerner. Guilty as I make a stew and sit to enjoy it. Guilty that even Doctors Without Borders are not safe. International kitchen wide workers are not safe, innocent children and civilians are not safe, all in the name of unfathomable vitriol, hate and rampant extermination. Nothing else matters. Nothing else has any meaning.

Hi Luaeria. You are right in some sense that we have certain privileges that other people in different parts of the world do not have. We have the time and luxury to consume content like this, play video games, read books, watch tv shows, study stuff etc. But there is no point in feeling guilty about it. You can't do anything about the bad stuff happening in the world. And those bad stuff don't get fixed by feeling bad about it. As Stoics like to say 'it is outside of your control' but your mental states and perception of looking at the world and events are inside your control. Meanwhile, we should do our best to reduce the suffering in the world but never be so burdened by it to the point that it results in depression or similar long-term emotional states that drain and strain one's psyche. I think a nihilistic stance 'nothing has any meaning' is fundamentally misguided. Your mind and perceptions generate said meaning. And you are free to choose that perception and exert your intentions and will with time. These are my quick thoughts. Much love

@@Ontos99 oh I despise nihilism 🤣😂 I only meant in the face of such suffering the meaningfulness and the joy and even the taste of my lovely stew is just evacuated. 🥺 I’m saddened, is all. Tremendously saddened. But I appreciate your shared wisdom and I hope I will come out of this saddened state soon.
