Ingredients:
7 oz elbow pasta
3 tbsp oil
4 roma tomatoes
1/4 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 chipotle(optional)
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup queso Oaxaca plus more to add at the end
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp tomato bouillon
Salt I used 3/4 tsp
