Connie and Adam have always been my favorite characters, so I’m stoked that they’re back! I can’t believe Vincent doesn’t hear ‘Cake Eater’ more often, though. 😂😂
Me2 that was the signature thing you knew him for in the film thanks to actor Brandon Adams who played Jesse Hall I wish Brandon Adams, Danny Tamberelli, Kenan Thompson, Aaron Lohr, and Joshua Jackson came back it would of been a blast to see them back in action
While in high school I was able to watch the taping of The Mighty Duck in Minneapolis with my classmates. I didn't get to meet any of the ducks or Emilio, I was able to get Paula Abdul's autograph when she showed up on set. I still have that autograph 30 years later.
I'm glad they set up a great reason as to why he didn't. Saying that Charlie was fed up with Bombay not taking time out of his life to be in theirs was a great reason why so many of the characters wouldn't return for him. But also sets up a personal moment if they choose to have a Charlie/Bombay episode
@@AnthonyPino Sadly I do not believe Charlie Is Going To Be in the Rest Of Season One Since Joshua Jacksons Schedule was to Crazy and add To the Fact around that time he had a Baby With his Wife.
I cried when I seen Fulton Reed pop up and went nuts waking up my house nearly at 1 A.M. when the gang showed up 🥲 thank you for being part of my childhood
The slapshot assassin of the crew! I used to play hockey back in the day when I was still a kid and all I wanted to do was hit slapshots all day long. Why? Because of Fulton Reed.
Man. This was what I needed from the season. I was so close to being done but the cameo drew me on. Tired of seeing Bombay hitting on single mom. I need him coaching
Safe to say that Foggy is what he’s best known for these days to a lot of people. And yes I grew up knowing him as Fulton and a bunch of other characters, so not forgetting his previous roles (his role in Daredevil was just his most recognizable/popular role in a while).
I'm absolutely loving the nostalgia from this! The Mighty Ducks, Free Willy, Andre and Cool Runnings were the movies we watched for Movie Day at primary school.
Still want all of their autographs. They were a huge part of my childhood, I remember as a kid grabbing my skates and skating in the living room, pretending the broom was my hockey stick. ❤️😂 I used to have a Mighty Ducks coat when I was little.
My love of ice hockey started with the Mighty Ducks films. I was thirteen when the first film came out so I was about the same age as the OG Ducks. This past year I bought a retro Mighty Ducks Anaheim Jersey. I live in Portland and now that Seattle has a NHL team they are the team that I support without a doubt. I just recently last weekend got a customize Kraken jersey with my name and number on it. Like I said though it was the Mighty Ducks the OG Mighty Ducks that got me into hockey. So seeing this cast back on TV really brings some wonderful memories back up growing up loving sports. Quack Quack cake eater for life
It’s ashame that the show didn’t last. They had a lot of issues with their writing despite having a lot of great and positive messaging. The ep though when the Old Ducks came back was amazing and such a reliving of nostalgia moment for I think a lot of us fans was truly special.
I'm just sad that there were so few of the original cast involved. I've seen events with more of them. Really lessened the impact, especially since several of these actors/characters I had completely forgotten about since they were only in the sequels. ALSO, the whole crew should have come together to help Gordon Bombay save his ice rink facility. Would have been awesome.
What I thought was odd is how Kenny Woo had an original Ducks uniform. But he never had the original green Ducks uniform, only the white one cause he joined during the second movie.
Pretty sure they wanted the OG Ducks to appear in the organization’s throwback uniforms even though Woo didn’t actually wear one when he played with the team.
Now I have a reason to watch the MG Game changers. Damn after seeing part 3, I immediately saw the pilot episode of Dawsons Creek to see Charlie transition to Pacey Witter.
It would have been awesome to have seen Joshua Jackson come back to the Mighty Ducks. Oh well. I think he's still cool as hell after all these years. Who knows, maybe next season?
Por qué terminaron la serie Yam rápido creo que ríenos mucho que dar todavía . Me encantaba verla con mis hijas y la aparición de los viejos Docks fue maravillos .
I had a big crush on Vinnie La Russo. I wasn’t that invested in Charlie. I loved Adam’s quiet strength. I actually shipped him so hard with Julie Gaffney before the word shipping was even a thing. My heart fluttered when he defended her from Portman’s misogynistic quip. “Her name is Julie, not Babe!” Sigh. Memories.
In the first movie Averman's first name was Dave.. Said when Bombay is calling roll for the team when they first meet. I think later writers either just didn't notice, or completely forgot.
Kenny Wu is not an OG Duck technically because he didn't come until the sequel. As great as it is to see these characters again you have to get the heart of the OG Ducks on the show.....Charlie Conway.
My top 10 best players from the mighty ducks both past & present 1- Adam Banks (kid Adam could singlehandedly beat the current Don't Bothers team) 2- Sofi Hanson 3- Julie The Cat 4- Guy Germaine (he's underrated and better than overrated Charlie tbh) 5- Evan Morrow 6- Robertson if he's not selfish 7- Fulton Reed 8- Jesse Hall 9- Charlie Conway / Connie Moreau 10- Dean Portman What's yours?
I had no idea that the actor who plays Fulton actually is the same age as the other kids. When I was little, I actually thought he was a twenty something guy they trying to pawn off as a teenager
Nope, but Aaron Lohr (the actor that played Dean Portman...the other bash brother) is actually older than the other actors. He was in his twenties when the brought him in.
