No.... They were sooo paranoid about getting invaded in BOTH world wars that they turned their entire country into a bunker. Collapsible barriers on EVERY road into the country, bunkers that will fit every Swiss citizen comfortably. They also had beacon system similar to Lord of the Rings if you would believe it that would operate to give signals in case of a country wide decryption of their correspondence. Switzerland still has working Telegram lines for that very reason still. Also, their entire population is ready to be militarized every second. I heard a saying when I was visiting Alpine Italy, "There are enough guns in Switzerland" to mean everything is OK. Switzerland is less of a chill bro as is depicted in Hetalia, and would have been more of a 'holding an M4 in each hand screaming "RESPECT MY NEUTRALITY OR GET READY TO THROW YOUR BODIES AT MY MOUNTAINS!" ' kind of person. Oh, and Swiss military is some of best trained in the world, you just dont see them in the news because they are never part of any operation.
Not sure if you're being sarcastic, but that's not even slightly related to the reason everything is fine in Switzerland. Switzerland is known for being distant from the intrigues of other countries and not getting in wars. It neither took sides in ww1 nor in ww2 and it even attacked the planes that crossed its borders - regardless of which side they were on - in order to avoid getting involved with the war (they even said that in the show) so basically Switzerland doesn't want any trouble and so he's somehow always away from it. That's why he also doesn't get affected by the alien invasion, it's a reference to his isolation lol

This was a movie, not part of the main anime... I don't know if you know anything about how anime movies work, but running out of money is not something that happens to them.

He really hated the Swiss if they didn't contribute money to the Nazis oh boy would they been demolished I mean the Germans was gonna pull a Blitzkrieg on their asses however the Swiss had built a pretty sizable defense but the Germans fucked over the Maginot line so pretty much it was that Switzerland was rich enough to persuade Germany not to kill them. Honestly you should have taken Switzerland since the Allies would have been struggling to take it but oh well at least I ain't in a country which the military has been downsized dramatically

But I guess, what you said, makes sense. Bc even if Switzy is neutral, the others wouldn't care especially in times of war (maybe a little bit idk). Bc it's "just" a status and if a country could win more land, they wouldn't care less about that. I'm not very informed about CHs military system but I don't think that CH would have a chance against his neighbors if he had to defend himself for a long period of time. Maybe for a short time... but I could be wrong!
