I wish I was turning 40!!!😂❤you are still good Travis, believe me you good!!! You don’t have to do a lot of exercise as they say, heavyweights and all that because arthritis can and will sit in those joints quickly but every morning you wake up, stretch your body starting with neck rotations and continue on… then take the time and drink 2-3 bottles of water and your body will thank you!!!❤❤❤

My psychotic nerve acts up on both sides sometimes and I can't even walk. I use to bowl on a league and when that stupid thing kicked in right when I was sliding and releasing the ball, Lordy! He's right about those flamingo stretches. They look stupid but it feels so good. This guy is great! I'm going to look for more of his stuff.
