I don't know the laws in Canada. But here in "Merica" as Pugs would pronounce that. You can only make a certain amount if collecting disability. I'm estimating Pugs must be earning $3,000-$5,000 a month from RU-vid. I'm not sure if he reports that as income for taxes?. Here in "Merica" he be busted long time ago.
