The Montauk Rig • Fluke & Flounder 

I love this rig. I catch lots of Black Sea bass using it after watching this video a year ago. Great content.

One of those squid rigs above the typical bucktail could be great because you get the presentation of the jig and the squid might be better than the usual teaser because it's bigger. I'd try it from the piers.

size of squid skirts? 5" ?

How do you fish this rig? Can you fish it from the surf?

Do you have to use a needle to thread the teaser on if you cut tip off will it compromise the squid teaser ?
