A hilariously over the top commercial for a North Carolina Mall. It's a lot less classy now than what it was like back then, I assure you. It does have a sick arcade though, totally recommend that.
Oh, I remember this ad campaign. All to promote how they had added a new upstairs level, and changed the name and logo from Four Seasons Mall to Four Seasons Town Centre.
The 1980s absolutely HATED anything nature-related or green. I think I’m starting to realize a huge part of the style was to avoid using the color green at all costs. The only green stuff was the fake ferns in plant pots.
I don't know but if you're willing to play detective and make some phone calls I can tell you the companies responsible for the mall's redesign and, by extension, this commercial. International Design Group Inc of NYC and RS & H of North Carolina. I don't even know if they're still around but if you really want to know, those names are a good place to start!
@@Abandoned-VHS ok thank you! I've emailed the shopping centre to see if they have any information too. I'll keep you updated if you want. I wanna see if the composer or singer has any lost songs.
@@cfsimulation5897 Please keep me in the loop as well! I've been watching this commercial on repeat on and off over the past couple days. Fascinating! I love the snapping of fingers in the first shot and the bass behind the red curtain.
