Im looking at purchasing a very humble home in Beaufort- 700 sq ft old war homes with minor upgrades. Im a cash buyer and sellers here are delusional. They must not watch the market reports. It’s unreal.

These are not good paying jobs that they are added here in SC. Those incomes wouldn’t even get most of the folks qualified for mortgage that would allow them to buy a home at the median average price here in the greater charleston area
