I do love parmigiana, but not that much. I save the rinds and add them to soups and red sauces

@@ZenKitchenVibes Same. That's one of the secrets to my American style lasagna. The other part is that I make my own noodles. It takes me 2 days to do a good lasagna.... but nobody else can match it.

@@ZenKitchenVibes Absolutely. I try to build it one day, stick in the fridge, and cook it the next day. And I'm pretty sure day old lasagna is even better.
