When girls are wearing basically underwear in the gym it’s extremely hard to not look at them. If you don’t want people to look at you you don’t have to wear super tight fitting clothes. As a guy if I wear a skin tight crop top and compression shorts I’m gonna get looks too. Women want the freedom to wear whatever they want, wherever they want without taking accountability for any of the consequences.

@Real_MisterSir
@Real_MisterSir Год назад
Also it's just rather dumb, like, wake the fuck up we are the human species, it is our instinct to act on attraction so when anyone shows up in revealing clothes working their body, they're gonna get looks. Some guys have more discipline to put their focus elsewhere, others don't. But to act like it is illegal and should be frowned upon, is the same as saying we should fight our natural biological instincts as a species just because some people are insecure about the fact that they have a body and that attraction is a real concept they can not control.. Instead of feeling bad about it, may as well just take it as complements that you are being admired for the work you've put into your body as well as your genes. Like, girl. Wake up, you're attractive, it's a part of life that a lot of guys will be fascinated with how attractive you are. As long as they are not harassing you or interrupting your workout, then who really cares? Setting up cameras to record in public space is much more of a harassment situation than any individual looks/glances you may receive here and there.

Lets not even call it softcore. It's prostitution when you monetize your sexual appeal or use it as grounds for advertising to a specific audience. IG influencers, Onlyfans, the whole lot. Just because there isn't always explicit full nudity or physical interaction, doesn't change the grounds for what is being promoted. They're selling their bodies and sex appeal, total objectification of themselves, with no other core motive than money and status. Is what it is. And it's fine, it's one of the oldest professions in human history, but lets not treat it for something it's not. For suicide awareness month i would like to talk about as a young man the unrealistic expectations society has especially young women like this. She said a man must always be learning and improving but is there ever a point when i am enough? Must i always be chasing success like a carrot on a stick in this rat race of a maze we call life? Am i only loved by the measure of love that i bring, is love bought and sold will i be worthy of love after i make x amount of money and have achieved a name for myself? see this young women thinks she is more mature than young men her age but there is so much she still doesn't know. Because society puts her on a pedestal and tells her she deserves only the best while guys like me who will never be good enough end up eating a bullet because we have had enough. Yes women need to be choosy but must their expectation be so sky high? Will they ever be satisfied with just an ordinary guy? or must i be mister perfect who has it all figured out, the Wight of the world is on my shoulders to bear and when it all falls apart I'm told i should have given more. So many men just want to be loved yet we endure so much pain and sacrifice our time and health for a family that wants more and more from us its never enough.

I had attained some wealth, experience, confidence, etc. And by that point, women in my age group had changed mentally. They were thinking more like women who want family and children and most of all, they had to bargain. Most ladies in their early to mid 20s aren't looking for husbands so their calculus for mate selection is much more shallow. Continue to build yourself. Make money. Work out. I generally didn't think there was anything wrong with her, although I didn't take much from the episode. I will say that the fact that she could gain 1.9 million followers and she only started working out two years ago is a good example of female privilege. I wonder how long before people start admitting that female privilege exists. I also disagree about men and having passionate hobbies. Men have to have the "right" hobbies to be attractive. There's plenty of hobbies that are considered dorky or basic (i.e. too many other guys are doing them and therefore are "uninteresting"), and so they won't increase a man's attractiveness.
@ToxicHorsePucky
@ToxicHorsePucky Год назад
Women also need to have the right hobbies to be attractive to men. Like lifting weights and becoming fit. Sure she was attractive before she started, but the transformation she gained in the gym was what catapulted her career. And it’s not like she just rolls out of bed and snaps a couple of selfies for her insta. She put in a ton of effort lifting and a ton more effort building her brand and taking/editing appealing photos. And who are the ones following her? Mostly men. So the privilege she has that so many men look down on is something that other men have given her, because she’s attractive and she’s in the gym and she’s presenting herself in a way that shows off all her effort. I’m not sure if you were trying to discredit her, but too many men have and will out of jealousy. They don’t understand they’re the ones fueling the thing they’re so mad at, and then they get jealous that a woman is successful when they’re not.

I mean, I am not part of the Gen Z, I am a bit older, but the slow emergence of girls like this was just too much for me. And hey, I live alone, I do my laundry, cooking, and cleaning, I took care of my dying grandma (kept her at home till the very last day), and then you have ladies who tell you that men have no motivation, men are weak, and they should "men up" (this phrase should be illegal or something), and girls who spent their days in gyms and traveling, while arguing about it being the best way to live life, while adding to their dating profiles that they are looking for a man who will cook for them, because they won't learn. While I can understand not being comfortable with it, clothes some girls choose to wear to the gym are basically designed to gather attention. if someone, man or woman, doesn't/can't/won't do simple adult responisbilities like cooking food and cleaning for themselves and or others, then they are a child, full of entitlement. it's not even about cooking and cleaning for the man, it's basic adult responsibilities, this girl isn't "mature for her age" at all 22 and can't cook and clean , never heard of her before, a young girl who has been catapulted to fame and fortune in a short amount of time has warped her mind. she wouldn't cook and or clean for anyone, then she'd be a terrible mother.

I forced myself to listen to this whole podcast for the sake of understanding a different perspective and my only response is, I work out outside or in my apartment. Check me out there. Nine out of ten times, they want the attention because they dress up like sl*ts and then go to the gym. What did you expect? Then they catch one guy enjoying the view, and of course there are limits, but if you dont want the attention, then dont dress like an escort. Pretty simple to me.

Chris, you were quite dismissive of men getting leg-breaking surgery, as if this was for "arbitrary" reasons. Why not drill down on that? There is lots of evidence that women prefer taller men, so for a shorter man to go to extreme measures to compensate is not "arbitrary", it's actually a valid strategy. Why not interview a man who has done this? Why not interview a sociologist, etc. who can speak to the real evidence that most women, even shorter women, are quite prejudiced against shorter men? PS: we often hear the fallacious comparison that "men don't like larger-bodied women so why can't women have preferences?"... because even a woman with unlucky genes has much more latitude to change her body composition via diet & exercise that a man born 5'8" or under! Shorter men are stuck with their height unless they undergoes very expensive & potentially harmful procedures, they can't just "eat less, move more" LOL. I think you should add this topic to your "to do list". Thanks.

While women do 'prefer' taller men, being short by no means you won't find someone. The list of successful men under 5'8 is pretty long and I'm almost certain none of them are incels! If she didn't like you before you repeatedly broke your legs and underwent painful surgery, she's not the one in any case! Ps I've seen a couple of photos and videos of men that have done this, the proportions are all off. Each to their own but it's far from a perfect solution.
@rafresendenrafresenden.1644

@robws007
@robws007 Год назад
@@rafresendenrafresenden.1644 I said it was a valid strategy, that doesn't mean I condone it. Regarding your "destroying your body" comment, it is still a less consequential or risky procedure than some cosmetic ones and certainly less than any gender affirming surgery. Also, to dismiss the idea only to "want a superficial woman" is inaccurate. If only a few superficial women rejected shorter men, then it wouldn't be an issue... the problem is that the majority of women on dating apps reject shorter men!

I look up to the *extremely traditional/stereotypical* ability of a woman to provide for a family. Being able to maintain my own home and feed myself good food is a really powerful self-sooth and self care. Everyone should be able to do it. When it comes to producing well-adjusted children, the example a healthy mother and father set is extremely important. Having an orderly home is important. Eating healthy food, made from real ingredients, is important. I have learned to cook for myself and others because that was what my grandmother did to show love. It was an extremely potent way to gather people together as well. It sounds sexist, but I look up to a woman with the soft skills that would translate into good motherhood/home keeper. Since I don’t want to be a hypocrite or have double standards I learned to do those things myself. I hope that saves me from the sexism. I feel like I can write above average, but that’s about the only way of self expression I have. Anyone with any physically creative(drawing, painting, etc) outlet is extremely interesting to me. In the end though, I truly believe masculinity and femininity are just aesthetics. They’re scents of perfume, and clothes, and body shape, and how deep your voice is. The characteristics that make up a good person fits well on both sexes. A good characteristic of a man may be more attractive on a man, but it would still be part of a well rounded person on a woman, and vice versa. Also, a toxic characteristic a woman has would still be unattractive on a man. There are toxic masculine men and there are deep, loving, good natured effeminate men. Also vice versa.

I don’t understand why folks here have a problem with this interview. I think it was fantastic on so many levels. 1. You recognised what this young girl is doing. 2. You treat her with so much kindness and respect. It was like watching a big brother having a chat with his little sister and finding out what’s she’s up too. 3. It was different from other podcasts and that’s so important. You have an audience that spans all ages but you also have a significant number of very young people that see you as their role model and adore you and I can see them enjoying your interactions with this young lady because they can relate to it. 5. It’s nice to have a break from the ‘norm’ where I’m not processing and chewing on the information of your podcast but instead watched it and had fun with your interaction with the younger generation. Always love your work @chriswillx ❤
