We had to change our plans because of the weather conditions in Central Vietnam. Our dream to travel once again after 10 years from North, all the way down to South Vietnam is not going to come true. We felt sad about it but it didn't last long because we find a pice of paradise in North Vietnam, just 100 km away from its capital, Hanoi. We visited Ninh Binh Province and it was the best and most beautiful place which we've seen in Vietnam. We went on Trang An boat tour and realized that sometimes you find this what you were looking for, when you stop searching...

We agree with your amazement. We were there last summer and we have 2 technology-oriented and phone addicted teenagers but they just took in the scenery non-stop for the 3 hour boat ride. They said they loved it, and we even joked with fellow tourists in the other boats in rowing. The scenery and atmosphere just blew our mind.

We can imagine how shocking it was for you to see your kids putting they smartphones away to stare at the nature 😁 But it is indeed very impressive and definitely one of our favorite experiences on our travel. We are happy for you, that you as well had a chance to experience this amazing place👍❤️

I always wonder how deep that river is, you are the first to actually show me the quality of the water and I was able to judge how deep that river is. After hundreds of video clips about Ninh Binhk, this is the first to show the river water quality. Also, Ninh Binh is where they filmed the movie KONG: SKULL ISLAND 2017.

We are happy that we could satisfy your curiosity! River is not very deep and the boats have flat bottoms, probably to be able to sail on this shallow water. Quality of the water looks really good, but the locals are removing algae and water grass to make it looks nicer (probably for the tourists😁). We've never seen this movie, but thank you for the tip! We are definitely going to watch it. The scenery is amazing, if we were going to film a movie, we would for sure make it there! 😁

Ninh Binh is a place beautiful in Vietnam. There are many delicious foods there and many tourists come. Do you want to return to countries other than Vietnam in the future?

Ninh Binh was so far our favorite place in Vietnam! We are currently in Malaysia and planing to visit Thailand next. We definitely want to come back... One day also to Vietnam!❤️

Wow, this place is interesting, right?Maybe this place has a lot of mosquitoes! How long is this trip?

Yes, it really is! And they are many mosquitos, especially in the evening. This trip takes between 2-3h, depends how much time you want to stay at the temples. We spent 2,5h.
