My wife just bought a 2023 Honda CMX Rebel 300, I love riding this little cruiser! I'm 68 and started riding when I was 11 years old. I've ridden bigger Japanese bikes and some Harley's, but this little bike is probably the easiest, most fun bike I've ever ridden. It's not fast, but for around town or a back highway trip, it's great.
@@jbones2121 I'm about 200lbs. I have an older VZ800 Suzuki and it's starting to show it's age. Been looking into a Rebel 500. But that little 300 doesn't do too bad from the looks of it.
@@451dskots88 it’s a fun little bike to scoot around town in. But the 500 I’m sure would be a much more fun little bike to scoot around town in. If I had to do over again I would have got the 500. The extra power is necessary IMO. Maybe if you’re an exclusive city rider the 300 would be fine. But I’m city/rural and the 300 is just barely enough on those 55mph roads.
