Sigh... the worst part about comments like these; If you share your opinion with others (who do find the joke funny) that you don't find it very funny, they'll just keep using the punchline of said joke on the person who didn't find the joke very funny.
I'm almost certain this is another spaghetti code result, this time of adding that one pallet on new map that when dropped activates the slots and other maps not having it but having to include it fucks up the generation of tiles.
This doesn't seem to be a universal bug, just certain maps. More likely they're updating those maps but aren't finished and broke something in the generation code.
@@bbittercoffee ikr? it's literally ultra pinnacle of zoning, and predicting where they will run, like a twisted mix of doctor and nurse in an odd way, and it's all incorporated into what is functionally a grenade launcher???? It's also striking in resemblance to a combo of Dredge and Singularity's powers as some have noted
I feel like the killer should have a stealth aspect because his power revolves around the survivor not looking directly at the killer in order to have value
He has instant teleports that would make you anticipate him from wrong direction + to cleanse they need to look directly at killer not looking what's infront of them resulting in running into deadzones, idk what you on about.
no you dont need to make it explode on impact because the only way survs lose the weakened is by looking at the killer… just get better and learn how to use something that doesnt shoot through walls or cant be spammed until it hits… get better and learn to how avoid los after getting the first hit… get better and learn what perks work with him… i beg killers stop this bs of saying “oh he isnt a guaranteed hit killer and actually takes skill to use… F TIER… needs multiple basekit buffs, and his counterplay should be made redundant like alien! max he should get is an iridescent add on that makes his shots explode on impact, but at a cost of reduced something about his hallucinations.
I feel like the main complaint comes from how he compares to other killers. His set up is very long compared to someone *like* Alien who has similar precision but just injures anyway, or someone *like* Huntress who just needs to aim and then gets a hit. We also already know that with Ghostface, look mechanics aren't exactly the most precise or give much feedback, which I think makes the killer feel a little worse to play as when they seemingly lose weakened for no fault of their own, and that doesn't factor in maps that already have a shit ton of long sightlines, or for the survivors, so many LOS blockers that getting rid of weakened feels impossible (see, any indoor map). It's not to say that this killer is bad, but rather that they're underwhelming IN COMPARISON to others. His teleport is really strong, the ability to hinder is really strong, but the primary use of his power to deny loops feels awkward and I think part of it should be tuned. I'm not a very big fan of how the explosion radius feels, personally. Honestly? I'd probably just increase that by a meter or two because it feels like the bounce is hard enough to control and gives survivors a good amount of time to react accordingly. Then again, these are just first impressions. I'd wait until patches come for the full release and people have spent some time with him to see whether or not tuning is needed.
@@pangilli1880 i fully agree with what youre saying, but you cant get everything for free in every situation… there has to be some sort of skill to killers, and making it a impact grenade launcher just removes all of that… im more then happy with buffs like “increase the explosion size” “move faster while aiming” “slightly faster tentacle pull up speed” “have control over when your hallucination activates” but anything like ”reducing his recharge time” “increasing the time it takes to remove weakened” “reduce the size of the trigger that survivors have to look at that reduce weakened” “teleport faster” or again, “basekit impact grenades”… will all ruin survivors experience against him… ultimately, as a surv main he actually looks fun to play against, but i do understand he *might* be abit weak atm… i just dont want bhvr to buff him in the wrong ways, which always happens because of dumb opinions from higher ups in the community.
@@Efnol Totally understand! I feel like an impact GL would be on the farther end of buffs. Most I'd do right now is increase the explosion size, or maybe even add a Ghostface effect when they start to look at you that gives you feedback as to whether or not you can be seen. It feels very awkward to throw out a grenade that has the explosion radius size *of* the rock you're hitting so it ends up doing nothing. Maybe with more time it'll become easier to identify, but I dunno! We'll see. :)
Yeah except this killer actually is completely dogsh*t. I'm 90/10 killer main and this killer is basically just a worse and clunkier Dredge in every way. I wouldn't put this above middle C tier.
I agree with this. He has normal movement speed with a teleport. Making them hit on impact would be quite stupid. I've heard a lot of stupid takes from him so this is no surprise to me. He also runs the most broken stuff on survivor every game he plays. He used prepatch dead hard for ages and abused MFT when it was broken on every single build. He doesn't care about balance, yet complains about Chucky every chance he gets.
