This is good now! However, if, IF Democrats attempt to take the weapons (by force), a lot of people will be going to the cemetery, not to court. Most of my friends say they will go down in a pile of hot brass.
Just remember this if they’re comfortable coming out right of the gate saying they want to confiscate our firearms I’m pretty sure they’re going to rig the election. Nobody puts that out and expects a possibility to lose.
Minor but important point: We have to stop saying "gun buy back." The government CANNOT BUY BACK something it did not sell. I bought my guns from private businesses. If the government forces me to give up my guns with a small remuneration to me, I have not sold my guns to the government. The government has plainly taken them, no matter what they chose to give me in return. There is no such thing as "buy back." It's confiscation plain and simple.

When engineered ammo shortages occur as well as taxing and regulating ammo companies so that they can’t sell ammo or components anymore to civilians, thats an easy anti gun strategy! Other then finding alternative tech i don’t think you can preserve 2a when ammo is curtailed! Gov can even stop copper and brass raw goods from reaching civilian 2a ammo companies and only allow federal or olin to use the materials to make ammo for gov acquisition only!

Having access to all guns to make people safe is also an "oxymoron". Did having over a hundred armed LEOs at Uvalde keep the children safe in their classroom from a mass shooter? There has to be common ground when it comes to the 2nd Amendment.

They moved FAST to swing that "authority" they think they have. There will need to be resistance before things can be stopped if she gets into that office and can act. We need to be more active in the community and push for people to vote, push for education on the history of of countries that have implemented such policies. One thing with that though is that we CANNOT be negative, we have to be willing to stay tame and have discussions if we wish to make progress on this matter. The moment we get violent, or show attitude, we drive away people that could potentially agree with us

Paying attention to them allowing open borders to let criminals in makes me feel that it is part of the plan for this purpose. When crime gets so bad that the people cry for help, they declare a state of emergency. Orders to kick in doors to find the criminals and seize weapons while doing so, starting in areas where there are known weapons that have been registered. Just my hypothesis anyway.
Yes. A state of emergency. Just like the gun confiscations of law abiding citizens during Hurricane Katrina in the 2000's. Cops confiscated guns from law abiding citizens, which made gang activity waaay worse. And then the 82 d airborne showed up.

Actually that's not true.. EO's serve as law and usually reference the laws they rely on to be able to do it. Now Congress can choose to not fund an Executive Order, as in the case of Trump's declarations of emergency EO's to stop extreme worldwide corruption & human trafficking, and another to confiscate the assets of people involved in those extreme heinous crimes. So yes they do serve under the power of law until they are retired.
Like it or not, America basically started because of gun control. Taxation was certainly an issue but it wasn’t until the red coats tried to disarm the colonist at Concord and Lexington and the colonist had enough and basically declared war on England with “The shot heard around the world”. The right to free speech may be the first Amendment, but the right of the People to keep and bear arms was the first actual right acknowledged and defended. And rights have no meaning unless one is willing and able to defend them. I once heard that when an American president talks gun control, the American people re-arm themselves… ya gotta love this country.
"To conquer a Nation, first disarm it's citizens." - Adolf Hitler 1933 "This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration! Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future!" - Adolf Hitler 1938 Oppressive regimes target civilian disarmament first because an armed populace is a check on tyranny.
I just wonder how many "supposed" gun owners will obey vs how many will not comply? Our founding fathers would be whipping all our butt's for what we have allowed our country to become!
@@jackmarston2515 We actually do. Put some thought behind it. As far as assets are concerned. Land, cars, the value of such things. I wouldn't put it past the government to have your neighbors snitch on you. If you have a neighbor that has firearms you can turn them in and collect the cash reward if it leads to a conviction....something like $5,000.
If you don't go on the offense, you lose. A case needs to be brought to the USSC asking why a poll tax is illegal, why you can vote as you travel, and why you can't be treated equally for your right to keep and bear arms. The parallel is 100%, the court can't weasel out of it, but first, SOMEONE has to bring the argument before the court. Gentlemen?
You’re absolutely right. I was 12 years old when Marcos came to power and declared martial law in 1972. Almost immediately he shut down all media from printed to electronic. Then he came for our guns, knowing how much Filipinos love their firearms.
It’s alarming how subtle and calculated these disarmament tactics are becoming. We need to stay vigilant and continue to defend our rights at every turn.
That's the case in effectively every nation with a disarmed population...violent crime using a different weapon skyrockets. Look at Japan (?) with the machete weilding dudes hacking 25+ people and nobodies able to stop them
We did not forget the United States of America is a constitutional republic. We did not forget that the 10th amendment enshrines states with rights not granted to the federal government. We did not forget that the 2nd amendment grants the right to keep and bear arms. So, let’s see you march on Texas, Alabama, Montana, Oklahoma, etc. with your executive orders!
The thing is with enough people who own guns there's no way. Even if she makes an executive action, supreme Court will throw it down on the ground and 30 seconds so it's just posturing.

Correction on Kamalas statement at the beginning. Some congresssional members HAVE HAD THE COURAGE, to stand against unconstitutional legislation and executive actions.
Chief Justice John Robert's is already on record saying any such attempt would be tantamount to "adjudication through extortion." At which point the Court can rule to invalidate the appointments. They're not going to allow themselves (1/3 of government) to be weakened or stripped of power. Look for their reasoning to cite a violation of the "separation of powers" and "coequal branches" clauses of the Constitution.

Our forefathers had just come through a Revolutionary War with a tyrant in England and knew how important it was that the American citizen had the right to keep and bare arms for their personal freedom and liberty. They realized that gun ownership would and could stop a "Government" that was becoming like the King of England - Do as I say or you will be jailed. In America we have reached that point where politicians "THINK" they know more than we the people. My local Elected Sheriff of our county knows the oath he took to protect and defend the constitution and has told me personally that if ordered by the Governor or POTUS to confiscate firearms - his reply would be that he has more important things to do.
