Hmmm, I noticed that too. He says black pepper seasoning, so I assumed it's a mixture of black pepper, and some other spices, and it could have salt in it as well. Also, he uses soy sauce, which is heavy in sodium.

For this Dano’s preemo but you can use 1 Tsp Blacj Pepper 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder and 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
