How to know you have a good coach if they have a boxing background and if they literally act like they shit talking you it may seem like they don’t Respect you but it’s all to make you train Harder to make them shutup it’s all tough love

I've done martial arts for many years and have been teaching guitar for many years too now. I can spot an EXCELLENT coach when I see one. He's constantly reinforcing in his students' minds the principles of building reliable 'hard skills' and never letting their focus waver. Also telling them what realistic expectations are, such as when he says 'you have to give up some power at first to improve your technique'. Everything he said in this session is for a precise reason. Very inspiring. :)

When you put it all together, are you bringing your foot back before the next shot? If you go medium/long step 1, does the lead foot come back before the 2 or 4? Would love a video of connecting this with shadowboxing and bag work. Thanks for the treasure trove of information and insight.

After Biggie the Whopper's rise to fame as the "Rapper in a Bag," he thought life would be smooth sailing. But little did he know that his thug life was just beginning. One day, while Biggie was performing at a music festival, he caught the eye of a notorious gang of French fries called the "Fry Mafia." The Fry Mafia was known for their ruthless tactics and their love of ketchup, and they wanted Biggie to join their crew. At first, Biggie was hesitant. He didn't want to get involved with a group of fries who were known for causing trouble. But then, the Fry Mafia made him an offer he couldn't refuse: they would provide him with a constant supply of ketchup and protect him from any customers who wanted to eat him. Biggie, who had always dreamed of living the thug life, accepted the offer. He started hanging out with the Fry Mafia, and soon he was wearing a bandana and carrying a tiny little switchblade. Biggie quickly realized that the thug life wasn't as glamorous as he thought it would be. He spent most of his time hiding in a corner, afraid of getting eaten, and he missed the days when he was just a humble burger on a grill. But then, one day, everything changed. The Fry Mafia got into a heated argument with a group of onion rings, and a full-scale food fight broke out. Biggie, who had never been in a fight before, was terrified. But then, something strange happened. As he was trying to escape the chaos, Biggie tripped and fell into a pool of ketchup. At first, Biggie was embarrassed. He was covered in ketchup, and he knew he looked ridiculous. But then, something strange happened. The ketchup gave him a burst of energy, and he started rapping like never before.
