Hows has this not been picked up by Hulu or Netflix? First of all, its boxing and the sport speaks for itself, and 2nd your production quality is very good. Love the series guys keep up the good work🥊
Great stuff, thanks for sharing this gold mine of info. It makes sense to drill a technique even if you won't use it, just in case you do need to use it.
This gentleman have a natural for teaching. It is obvious he know a lot about boxing, but, different from so many coaches, he can explain it very simple for begginers to understand. That's a natural talent. Congratulations.
Coach Bruce is an absolute icon, he's not only able to inspire you but his way of teaching is a thing to wonder about, his explanation not only heps you better understand the technique but you get a great description to help better understand the reasoning for the technique.
Wrong way to build culture. Older generation loves to be sarcastic when "imparting wisdom." Time and a place to be "harsh" for sure, but this was the perfect opportunity to create a powerful work ethic in the athlete with a positive message, rather than spit some sarcastic "advice" that does nothing to better the athlete.. Dig the channel, but this wasn't it
With the bag drill, on guessing its 1 punch round one, 2 punches round two, up to 6 punches round 6. Is it consecutive punches? Or can you break it up with head movement/defensive moves?
Yep! That's Correct. It's consecutive punches, but you want to include head movement, footwork, and other defense in-between combinations. The primary focus of the drill is to work on the creativity of your combinations.
We agree! We are very grateful for the opportunity to work with Coach Kav. After a quick warm up to increase heart rate and get the blood pumping, we always move right into core work. Since technique is critical when it comes properly stimulating the core, we find it best to do it early in the workout when fatigue is low. This allows our athletes to really focus on doing the exercises properly and have the most effective result. Additionally, it helps activate the core so that it is properly engaged for the rest of the workout!
I love and absorb every video with coach Babashan! Living in Valdez Alaska this is the closest I have to a coach, sadly. Maybe one day I’ll get to meet him. Maybe one day he’ll coach me in person
