Exactly! So many of these have little to none counter space. I think the planners have never cooked. I love to bake and go to my neighbors house to do it. Because I have NO space. And I have lived here for 33yr. Giggles. Have a great day!

I agree. I love to cook so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I want a kitchen appropriately designed for that. Not just a single burner with a fridge too small for even a cracker! This is very cute though. I love when each room is to itself and not combined. It feels cramped otherwise.

If you flipped the opening of the front door to the other side, then the first thing you would see is the living room instead of the kitchen. Very pretty house!

But, it allows you to easily bring in groceries and take food out onto the porch. So, there are advantages to each direction. If a slider can have a good lock installed, it might be an even better choice. Then there wouldn't be any issues with which way the door opens and you'd get more natural light. But you would have a privacy issue unless you got a fancy slider with built in mini blinds. Btw, I don't see much utility in an outdoor fireplace. An outdoor storage closet might be more practical.

This is a simple house good enough for senior citizens, except for the upper floor. However, they can use it as extra room for their grand-kids or extra storage. Wish I could buy one for my mother who wants to retire someday.

This is really nice but in my opinion if you have the length of the deck already just enclose the end where the fireplace is. I would LOVE a fireplace inside!!! Make that the living room and the other space a small dining space. Just sayin!

That would make it go outside of the parameters which have to be 399 sq ft to be a tiny home. If you go larger then it disqualifies it as an RV and it wouldn't be movable nor could it go to an RV park. There are no real estate taxes on a "Tiny Home" in most states. Have a great day.

I do. It depends on the weather where you live and helps to prevent you from going stir crazy in a small home. An evening outside near a pleasant fire is nice.

Nadrian, I think the TV would be fine outdoors if only using headphones, or as long as the house isn't anywhere near another house where neighbors would be forced to hear and be interrupted by it.

Kitchen is great! Sink is wonderful & love the gas stove!Great bathroom, but why shower door does not go up to ceiling? Bedroom down stairs, perfect!

I did some research on Park Model homes and found they are well built and are built to last 30-50 years or more with minimal maintenance. Says they are well insulated and are designed to handle cold winters

I think you can have anything you want added or changed. I am sure price would affect thr price. I personally have to have bedroom on main floor. I really like this one but living room too small. Kitchen is fine. All you need. I am very impressed eith their homes

I like the deck, but some pretty big gaps and screw holes in the trex? The hidden fasteners are what makes composite decking nicer.

To the guy who does not get that outside outdoor fireplace and for TVs I think that's fine I seem to have really especially for summer time I'm pretty sure they could put up like a screen or something from keeping the rain come in and for winter time Altair Conversation Pieces well cuz joyful Christmas tree out there if you don't have enough room inside the house think about it

If you screen in the porch then the rain wouldn't be a problem and you can even hang curtains on the inside to keep the sun out and give you more privacy. I've seen a lot of tiny homes with screened-in porches and curtains. It's what I want when the time comes for me to purchase my tiny home. Have a great day.

Just curious, do the tires stay on underneath the house and I’m presuming when the winter comes tire pressure goes down the house would be tilted or if you get a flat tire what happens

Someone’s been watching RRC! This just shouldn’t have carpet in the loft. I get it ... you want some padding for knees up there, but without it, no need to store a vacuum in a tiny home. And do you want to vacuum that on your knees or hunched over?

Mr "Tiny" is fascinating to listen to and to watch. The RRC tiny homes have smooth walls and don't have the strips that are probably covering up the seams in the walls just like with an RV. My 35ft trailer has those strips which most have. Have a great day.

Please build these with a seperate toilet and sink area for guests to use and put the washer/dryer in the bathroom. If someone is taking a shower the toilet can't be used. With only one bathroom this doesn't make any sense to have the shower and toilet in the same room.

No coat closet, no pantry storage, little linen storage and no place for a table to eat at. I've seen other layouts with same square footage that offer all these things.

It all depends on the layout. Most tiny homes are set up with the extended countertop to serve as your eating area. The other storage concerns can mostly be accommodated in other floor plans and models. Hope you have a great day.

I particularly don't care for this model. Kitchen no space for dishwasher. I don't care for the loft, as well, 520, Galley kitchen, 24-inch dishwasher great Plus. I also favor a shower with seat which either model have time. Barely have space for a very small table. Not good.

That's why it's called a "tiny home." It's not a family home so it's not meant for large spaces.
