@NorthernScavenger
I want to give a big shout-out to all the volunteers who have kept this cabin (and other NS cabins) alive with all their hard work and dedication over the years. If it wasn't for them, these places would have rotted into the ground years ago. Thank you!!! 🙏

I'm old and can't get out in the woods anymore, so I watch others do it for me. Your trip was just beautiful!

A red canoe in the Canadian wilderness. Iconic.

This brings me back to my youth when I travelled through Nova Scotia with only a backpack and sleeping bag and small tent. I am 66 now and this reminds me of my adventures there. Beautiful country.

Thanks for taking us along on your wonderful 4 day excursion. It was beautiful & rugged. The cabin was well cared for (respectful visitors). I live vicariously with videos like this because I'm way to old to go out physically. Still love to see the woods and critters & especially the little birds. God bless.....😊❤ P.S. YOUR VIDEO WAS A REAL TREAT!

So glad that I live in beautiful Nova Scotia

Red sky at night, sailor's delight.

We were at the cabin on Oct 1st. Wild to see there were seemingly 3 other log entries after ours. I took a picture of the Northern Scavenger sticker on the wall.

"I'M JUST GONNA GRIND THIS OUT" WITH 16 DIFFERENT CAMERA ANGLES, LOLOL THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR EFFORT!
@twoweary
Nice video. You got my thumbs up when you restocked the wood chest. It shows good character.

I could never make such a long trip. For one reason at 73 years of age, I'm not up to it anymore. However, even if I were, I would be stopping at every promising piece of water to fish, probably not going more than half a mile a day - lol. Loved your video, especially seeing the black bear and the black capped chickadee's at the cabin.

I am from Nova Scotia, and I just found your videos. You do a great job filming. Great adventures. Thank you for sharing.

I really don't know if there's anyone making better videos than you right now! The production quality is so damn amazing. I've really enjoyed watching these after a long day in recent months. Happy trails!

We're lucky to live in such a beautiful Province. It never ceases to amaze me. I hope to make it to this cabin someday! Been on my list for a while now. Great video.

Thanks for sharing - Great trip! I love these Canadian remote woods - incredible streams, rivers, and lakes. And maintained trails and cabins! Kudos to Canadian neighborly decency on display!
