7 miles in 30 minutes???? What? His Personal Best in the 10 km (OUTDOORS) is 26:44.36 (13.94 mph or 4:18.2 per mile) Even if he held that 10K pace for an extra 3 minutes and 16 seconds (Super Unlikely) It would just shyfully come out to 6.97 miles. Galen here would have to run a 26:38 10km (Indoors 😂) for an extra 3 minutes and 22 seconds. So yes, your knowledge is absolutely absurd. Not to sound rude, It's just impossible (Plus, he even stopped between intervals). (8.6.20 19:34)

@@multiguy762000 well, I would love to. But the best I have done so far is 22.37min which is not even considered decent, let alone competitive timing. You can get close to your potential in the shorter events (e.g. 800 meter) while still being muscular and quite strong. Best to focus on maximizing every muscle fiber you've got, strength-wise, at a lighter weight.

Incredible workout. Rupp was at peak fitness that year, track-wise. But NOP athletes frequently took two or three recovery days before a hard/fast race. Many track athletes have two workouts and then the race. So it would be riskier for them to do a post-race workout. Since Galen and his NOP teammates only did one workout before the race, it makes sense that he has the energy to do workouts like these after the race. He still works very hard and it’s still impressive. But it’s not like they did two hard workouts, then a hard race on Friday/Saturday, then this post-race workout. Even Salazar isn’t that insane.

The end is near,the king of kings,Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is coming back for his bride,He is coming back to get his faithful servants,He is coming back to get his children.Jesus Christ died for your sins,he was torchured and spit on and beat up for our sins,HE WAS NAILED TO A CROSS.In John 3:16-17 it says “For God so loved the world,that he gave his only begotten Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish,but have eternal life.For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world,but that the world might be saved through Him.We are all sinners,we all deserve to be eternally punished,because all men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God except his son Jesus Christ.His sacrifice on the cross was enough,he paid the fine for our sins so that we dont have to be punished Jesus is the only way to heaven .Jesus Loves you so so so so so so MUCH.REPENT people and put your faith in Jesus Christ alone and nothing else and you will be saved

Sorry, my 40 times a quarter w 200 jog in 1 workout is way worse. Mile repeats---you get chuncks of real estate done in each repeat. Close your eyes----imagine yr @ the track & starting repeat #1-----w only 39 left to go!unless yr Emil Zotapek you'll be truly & well knackered IF YOU CAN EVEN DO 20!-----40 is Jim Ryanesque--that's where I got the workout. Doing this many counts as speed but, also mega-endurance considering its 16 kilometers worth of intervals-25K including the 200 in between. Turn left 120 times!

These were not MILE reps! Americans consistently prove that they don't know what a mile is. This was 5 * 1600 metres reps. He is 46.72 metres short.

I'll take the 2004 workouts Bekele did like 6-10 1ks @ 2:27 with 3 minutes rest at 7,726 feet of elevation over this.
@hansenzhang3204
@hansenzhang3204 4 года назад
Alh359 ok...? And Bekele is also better than Rupp. What gives? Rupp can hold his own as the best 5k/10k American man. Also, this is a moderate intensity workout geared towards longer distances that he happened to be doing after a race, not a killer mid-distance workout at a very high intensity. Recovery is a thing. I’m sure Rupp has had some impressive workouts himself when he’s in top shape.
@Alh359
@Alh359 4 года назад
@@hansenzhang3204 I'm not saying it's not a good workout, but he is pretty much running the first 3 reps at threshold pace and then the next rep slightly faster and the 4:01 at the end is obviously impressive.
