@@ZealousChuck Definitely. Maybe the lack of these essential features is down to them being liabilities for a phone that's meant to be for rugged situations, including getting submerged in deep water levels.
@@ZealousChuck That’s true. I guess maybe they want to hit some new threshold to minimise risk. Would’ve been much better with both, even with some extra R&D and design costs that could be taken by the consumer. I think the same phone with micro as support and headphone jack, but around $50 more expensive, is a better overall deal than what’s currently on offer.
Fun fact: You can do "night vision" with almost all mobiles. All you really need is an IR light source, e.g. a flashlight that uses IR leds. You can either buy them that way, or build your own by replacing the leds in a common led flashlight (mind the voltage though). A simple test is to aim a tv remote control at your phone's camera and push any of the remote's buttons. If you see the front of the remote flashing your camera can see IR light (while your eyes cannot)!
This phone company is paying all these ytbers eho arent even tech channels, no one will buy it we dont want a brick in our pocket, just use screen protecter and case on regularl phone
