I was able to buy the grey color of the 2011’s in August 2012 in the Nike outlet mall in Seattle that was on the clearance wall. It went with the bag and the red and blue insoles. I was so glad I got it on sale. I totally agree with Chris this shoe is dope!

If you are a serious and true ball player all you care about is the performance 1st and if the tool (shoe) will give you the competitive edge. I hope they release these again. I know there are a little more advance models now in 2021 but I would definitely buy these for nostalgia and to ball in. I’m 44 yrs old now and I’ve balled in almost all models of AJ’s. Favorites retro’s to ball in still are the 2 highs, 7’s, 11-13. 29’s are still my favorites. I own some of the models in 30’s but still grab the 29’s low or mids. Sorry kids I wear my mine, crease’em, ball in them and just use them for what they’re intended for. Now I still do keep a few just to style with but they are mostly the classic 1’s, 3-6’s. Just b/c they look COOL and not so comfortable to ball in. They felt WAY different in the late 80’s & early 90’s.

Man this one of my favourite channels. I love sneakers but always felt like a fraud almost calling myself a sneaker head, having no in depth knowledge about them. I had a pair of these in the white and black colorway. They finally gave out early this year. Can't tell you how many times people would stop and ask me what they were. I agree, I wish that Nike would present today's models like they did these back in the day!

I absolutely loved this shoe! This is the only performance shoe that I ever bought two pairs of just to have a backup ready for when the first pair went bad. I always preferred the quick insole over explosive.

Still got my black and white ones. Bought them simply to hoop in & b/c they were slender & traction was good. Sometimes buying kicks is just that simple. Dropped that knowledge for the hypebeasts who don't know it's levels to being certified in the sneaker game.

After watching this video, I went dug out my white and black color way of these. I cleaned them up a good bit. The uppers cleaned up really well. The sole yellowed a good bit. Now I just need to find the box. I can’t wait to wear these again!

Yes these are an awesome product from Jordan brand packaging and all. I have the black out colorway with the patent leather. So friggen clean. Yes agree an updated 11 IMO too. Great content as usual !

One of my favorite Air Jordan sneakers...I have the All star edition that D-Wade wore...only shoe that I had every colorway. I still remember Kevin Hart and D-Wade did the commercials. It almost looks like the AJ36

This video made me rethink these and give them a try.. Turns out I now have 5 colorways of them because I loved the way they fit while having the super dope embossed patina leather!

I'm proud that I knew exactly what these were from the thumbnail. The only J's from the 2009-2012 models that I'd wear, a lot of the simple colorways are fire.

I still have mine somewhere in my closet size 15. White and red (instead of white and blue here). Casually wore it. The red faded slightly, but still wearable, great shoes and review.

I remember being at summer baseball camp as middle schooler, one of the high schooler had the black and white pair. He was switching insoles out between quarters during the afternoon games, i was in awww.

I still got the Black version of these. Still a lot nicer looking compared to the 2012’s…

I whole heartedly agree about this shoe. I have the white/black color way, the white/red color way, and the black patent leather color way. I also did the Nike I’d and got a bred color way for those. I think the black patent leather one is my favorite Jordan shoe next to the OG concord 11’s. My only pet peeves are the traction and the black leather on the white/black release not being truly black. It was a medium gray on my pair. Other than those two things I still love the shoe. I recently bought another pair of the patent leather black color way.

my big brother gave me that shoes in a black, red and white colorway. I used them outdoor when I am trying out for a roster spot in a university basketball team. Beat the shoes badly, up to the point that I have to put something to the midsole so it will not fall out. Unfortunately I was not able to get a roster spot but it is what it is. Shoutout to my big bro for the shoes.

I remember buying the blk out pair, and I actually gifted the pair to a friend who never owned Js. Then a couple months later bought another pair for myself and then gave those to my brother who got robbed . If you remember D. Wade played in this model before getting the Fly Wade signature shoe which he won a title in 2012..The Fly Wade 2. The ring ceremony he had a white /gold cw similar to the OVO for Drake.

Yes! These go HARD! These are in my top 5. These are SPECIAL. Especially after a series of major duds, this shoe was a return to form. These have the OG, Mike still playing era feel to these. They are epic looking like the old ones used to be IMO. I want all the Colorways

I love the Jordan 2011! Underrated look and mad comfortable! I still own, love, and wear my AJ2011 Jordan Brand Classic West/Comet Reds at least a couple of times per month.

Ha! I have been rockin' my 2011s for awhile for hoopin. I have the Electric Neon Green colorway which I believe is one the best colorways for this model. I hooped in them so much that the "Be Quick" insole popped. I now use the "Explosive" insole. Almost 10 years indoor use (in rotation with other Jordans and Kobes) and still in hooping condition.

I hope someday they start doing that with the signature lines like adding different stuff like that and putting the tech specs on a card or on the box or somewhere.

One of the best basketball shoes I ever played in. Was a gift from my brother when I graduated from college and the unboxing experience was just amazing. Had it in all black and wish Jordan brand would make an upgraded version.

first jordans i ever had. these lasted me 3 years of playing outdoors, soccer, hockey rugby etc. played in the rain and everything yet the traction held up indoors regardless of the soles falling apart. had to get rid of them because the insoles tore up and i didnt have the speed insoles to replace them other than that i could have continued to wore them so comforty and everything

Great video as always! I've always liked these, but just never got around to buying a pair. This colorway and the Year of the Rabbit pair were especially fire to me.

I fondly remember these as I had the launch colour way the white and black and they are still comfortable I found the drop in mid sole from the next model to be a bit better as it didn’t have the funky cut all the way around it.

Yeah i found these sitting in the nike factory for under 100 i wore the hell out them too the interchangeable insole made them even better the 22 had the same features another slept on jordan model

Had the all black colorway of these back during my 5th grade basketball season. Thought the 2010 jordan was the most advanced shoe to ever release that was until these followed up lol. Loved the heck outta them then and they are still so cool to look back at now! Glad someone else out there appreciates them the way I did as a 13 year old trash basketball player
