I mean that's what I thought of the ta 152 c when I played it. This plane just can't compete against the more maneuverable and better armed Yaks, La 9s, F8Fs so I just used it to shoot at tanks and ground targets.
Now it’s 15k, much more manageable but still too high. I actually hope for an engine performance increase or a weight reduction. Currently in air rn everything out runs you, out turns you, and often even out climb you. Only chance to survive is to have a good teammate to scrub your back and be a good support plane, also your shallow climb is descent, especially at higher alt.
Love doing this type of gun run CAS on my La-9 with 4x23mm. Not that effective unlike the Fw with those mk108 but still Fun thing to do. Unless you facing german with heavy
@@Miragexe Not really Just turn off autorepair and don't fly the thing like a lobotomised orangutan and you'll do just fine Because even I, a lobotomised bridge troll can do just fine in a Ta.
@@Miragexe yeah that's fair, in all honesty 5.0 - onwards for repairs across the board is kinda borked I think the 1st 262 is like 20-30k for some godforsaken reason
The ta152 C3 really isn't that great at climbing also it only has one of the 30mm MK103 cannons why use that when you can use the Me 410 B-6/R#that has 2 of them cannons and more Ammo than the Ta 152= 90 rounds and the Me 410= 240 rounds and you could just use a Do335 with the 30mm MK103 and bombs also with the DO335. Sorry, the plan isn't anything really that good. Like I said the climb and turn rate is really lacking and if I'm gonna have that kind of problem then why not take bombs and have more ammo and have a rear gunner to protect ur ass when an enemy fighter is on it, cause we all know its few and far between that you have a teammate help kill an enemy fighter on ur behind. 👍 But thanks for the video and your opinion
Eh, C model isn't that great cause the plane itself can't really save itself. Yeah it's fast and it rolls but it can't pull enough to actually move🤔 151s are a bit sad now too but 4 of them kinda makes up for it.
