i'm most impressed by the guy who fucking threw his sticks at the drums with perfect timing, meanwhile, he's tapping his feet AND juggling said sticks being thrown
I love these videos for two reasons. 1) it's very informative and fun 2) Everyone in the videos seem to be genuinely enjoying themselves which makes everything 10000x better
@@cmr_77 , In All Things are Frequencies and Resonance . Energy and Matter are in the Holiest of Unions , creating musical notes . God the Creator/Composer conducts His Symphony and The Universe is filled with the Sacred Sound of the Eternal Living Concert .
Der Eisenrost had multiple percussionists and one played motorcycle parts, another played welded pipes and appliances, and the the third played an actual kit. Very unique band if you're into industrial sounds or heavy percussion.
Chinese guy who throws sticks at drums, coordinating both a foot drum and cymbal at the same time - Never seen such a difficult performance - Hats off to you sir. Bless You.
😃 These *are* immensely interesting, and I love the imagination and ingenuity that went into the inventing of each of these instruments. (and I surprise myself with my alliterative use of words starting with the letter "I" - it wasn't until the very end that I became aware of it - honest! 😺)
Um belo e reconhecido trabalho de compilação revelando assim uma fração da criatividade humana espalhada pelo planeta que talvez nunca saberíamos se não fosse por aqui!
Marvelous!!!!!! How upbeat is this! Favorites were guy drumming on pots n pans at the beach and the guy playing "saxophone" made out of pvc plumming!!!!
There's also a instrument called "giving credits" it's really cool and you should try it Im dissapointed to explain of why do i need credits I'm not trying to inflict hate to anyone at all, i just find it somewhat annoying if you share something made by someone and not give credit to it (Or steal a clip without permission from the artist), its true that they clearly showed and shared the 'clips' but the creators of these clips doesn't exactly get much attention, thus, im trying to also see what other stuff the artists made.
Music is one of those human things. We perceive certain tones and frequencies, and those who have the intelligence, patience, passion, and ingenuity can turn anything into an instrument, and make their own music, or their interpretation. I am envious of those with such talent and patience.
I'm blown away at 2:32. I'm looking at a musician that brought a whole circus act and it's intriguing to watch him stay focus on the rythm of the beat and the consistency in his throw.
Hmmm. I don't think they are quite the same timbre, but they are similar. This might depend on the organ a little, but i think the way the sound is produced is always going to have a different initial sound and a different vibrato.
The potato just cracked me up!! My daughter was a percussion major at Berklee College of Music. They invented the same kinds of instruments. It was fun then and it's still fun. Thanks!
People spend so much money on instruments, hundreds if not thousands, and here we have people playing fabulous tunes on bedframes, buckets, stones and pipes. Just bloody WOW.
2:50 - I hope that artist got everything he deserves...cause... he is not only playing an instrument but with gravity OMG Edit: 3:33 Yoo, this guy has insane rhythm! Wow.
Brilliant video! How people even imagined some of those instruments is mind boggling. The percussionist on the beach playing the junk reminded me of a free form percussion piece by John Cage I played in the middle sixties. At least I had the greater simplicity of playing standard instruments. Good job. The potato killed me.
Lol, that was my first thought for a joke. "Don't forget to get that musician n your life a brick for Xmas. Oh, and throw a potato in for a stocking stuffer, they'll love it." haha peace
