any video that involve Nike clubs is a double plus I just can't get how lucky you guys are living in one of the hot beds of golf I'm jealous lol. awesome work and videos :)
Ok loved hearing “Baker Street” & yep that’s not a TP Mills but it’s right after he left Spaulding because it’s definitely a Mills #12 putter with a different hosel…and I recognized the Ben Hogan putter as soon as you put your hand on it….they made some crazy putters in 60’s & 70’s…..Great video for sure 🔥🔥✌️✌️⛳️⛳️
I was surprised that you were so calm when you saw those Nike irons....and the fairway woods/hybrid! It's like when I found my Nike Slingshot irons at the local Goodwill store for $30. They looked brand new when I got them! Then, as I was putting them in my shopping cart, a worker came out and holding the Nike 4 Hybrid and the 3 wood....$4 each!!! I ended changing out the shafts...being 6'6" tall, normal length shafts are too short for me! I have to add an inch and a half, and had to have the irons bent 3° upright. The total spent was right at $150....which wasn't bad! I kept my 1995 King Cobra Oversized Gap Wedge, and my 56° & 60° Warrior Golf Wedges. They are great wedges...I have had them so long...I love the feel and man can you spin them!
That Elite II is a Mills Design putter but not stamped. Great feeling putter. Great Nike find too. Ray Cook made that Ben Hogan putter. All the best to you both ✌🏻👊🏻❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I don't think out of the hundreds of videos ive seen and i have seen everyone. Not one-time you guys have never bought something that i can remember. Best always buying something couple on youtube.
The Spaulding Elite series of putters is from just a few years before the black headed TPMills putters with the white “crosshair” dots on the face. The Elites were high end putters and came with a very nice expensive leather grip on them with a stitched seam down the backside of the grip. My brother has an Elite putter from his teenage years. Probably came out around the mid to late 1970s. I think the black headed TP Mills came out in the late 1970s or 1980 or ‘81. There were older TP Mills but those one did not have the black paint on the head and are a little rarer to see nowadays.
Assume the 503H is probably too upright for you. Dig in the hosel and it hooks left. Try choking up so it makes it shorter playing length and see if it straightens out. If it does, its probably too upright.
I have a Nike Vapor 3 hybrid I picked up at a scramble years ago (they were giving them away free to all participants) and I have Nike VRSx irons. Nike really made some nice stuff.
here I am sitting in my office 30 below celcius (canada) and fighting off a cold and what do I turn to for comfort ,you guessed it John and Ashley in sunny Florida buying my favorite things , golf clubs. Couldn't think of a better way to feel 100% better.....
Hey all. 1 year late, but that silver putter with the "sound slit" design is one that I used for many years. Yours said Arnold Palmer. My exact putter was Ray Cook. So I believe it is a Ray Cook putter under license to AP.
I've got the same Titleist driving iron i found at a church rummage sale this summer. Aldila shaft as well. I've heard a lot of people struggle to hit it, luckily the few times I've hit it have gone well. Too bad I can only hit it off a tee. I'll stick to my hybrid which can do both 😅
my first time playing this vid was while doing some work.....so I was watching kind of intermittently but listening to the audio. at 9:22, all I could picture while listening to that gent speak was Stanley Hudson from The Office. Just me?
had a taylormade jetspeed for a long time. but it has a manufacturer hozzle hole in the head at the front. i got unlucky and the hole cap came loose into the head and then...had to replace as that piece jiggles and rattles inside the head randomly and was hardcore throwing me off.
So now I know why you park so far from the sale - so you can spot someone bringing out special clubs! Such cool Nike drivers! The other clubs you found were pretty nice, too. That Spaulding reminds me of the Blue Spruce putter. Sorry that driving iron is hard to hit straight, you have such a great swing. Save the wave. Love the channel!
I had a set of those VR Split cavities. Great feel but not very forgiving so I traded them for some Burner 2.0s. Still one of my favorite looking sets.
You don't even know how long I've been looking for a cheap Vaporfly. Man those things are getting super rare - people don't want to give them out understandably.
I’m so glad I found your channel. You guys do a fantastic job. Makes me want to try to find the deals you do and get back into playing golf again. Keep up the great job you’re doing and I will be a loyal viewer!👍🏿
I have a mint vapor volt I've been gaming for about a year. I have a blue vapor fly head cover on it because I cant find any of the OG volt covers . Other people make the same sounds you made when you saw that one. Its kinda cool to have I cant lie 😁😊
